離城牆很近，晚上夜景很漂亮，離地鐵也近，地理位置優越，前台接待很熱情，提供了耳塞，皮筋，還有周邊景點的小卡片，還提供了景點通講解卡，已經用到了，很方便！

房間非常乾淨，整潔，環境優雅，可以直看到西安城牆；自助早餐豐富多彩，讓大人孩子吃得津津有味，為一整天的外出活動提供動力；服務員熱情周到，有求必應，讓我們感受到了家的温馨。總體五星好評🫶👍

酒店的位置非常好就在南門邊，地鐵2號線永寧門站近在咫尺，周圍是高檔商圈，去景點或者吃飯都很方便。酒店的設施説實話雖然翻新過但還是有點舊，我們住的城景房挺大的，直接能看到城牆景色。衞生還可以，最關鍵的是酒店的客服人員都非常好，尤其是蘇黎妍小姑娘，從我們辦理入住就開始陪着，帶我們進房間還幫忙把行李拿上去，對我們有問必答非常好，其他的客服也很好，每天都笑臉相迎，耐心詢問需求，前台還準備了熱茶水和各種補給品，淡季出行這個酒店的性價比高非常滿意。

Everything was perfect here. The hotel was next the Southern Gate 永宁们. The room was big and completely clean. The bed was comfortable. The light system was elaborate. Everything you need was included. The staff were all extremely friendly. Although there is a construction site next to the hotel, it was fully quiet, particularly at night. The possibility to wash and dry your clothes was very helpful.
