Saya sering menginap di sini. Pelayanan hotelnya sangat baik, kamarnya cukup besar, bersih dan nyaman. Petugas kebersihan Loop menanyakan tentang pengalaman menginap di sini. Staf yang melayani sangat antusias dan puas. Saya memesan tiga kamar, semuanya sangat bagus. Ada tempat parkir gratis, teh sore, dan layanan binatu dan jemur gratis. Sangat bagus. Saya akan memilih hotel ini lagi jika saya punya kesempatan di masa mendatang!

Selama menginap di hotel ini, kamarnya sangat bagus untuk harga tersebut. Saya sangat menyukai bak mandi di dekat jendela dengan kursi malas yang menghadap ke jalan-jalan di bawahnya. Saya memesan kamar saat hotel merenovasi restoran mereka, mungkin harganya lebih murah, tetapi meskipun tidak ada restoran hotel yang nyaman, ada banyak pilihan makanan, minimarket, dan pagoda yang semuanya dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki.
Layanannya sangat baik, pujian khususnya untuk Lisa 李圓圓 di meja resepsionis yang sangat profesional dan mengakomodasi permintaan saya untuk minuman ringan dan menjawab semua pertanyaan saya tentang layanan hotel dan area tersebut secara umum dengan kesabaran dan perhatian. Checking out is very convenient and quick, and Xiao Li saw that we were from abroad and gave us Xi'an souvenirs. The scenic spot is very close, and they are a chain hotel that we will choose next time.
The reception needs to be to improve on their friendliness as when we check in they were not very friendly. The rest including the Housekeeping Sister Wang Yong Hui, Travel Agent Zhou Yan and Concierge Zhang Lixian was very good.

This hotel has a great location really close to the Wild Goose Pagoda and a couple of different malls with a variety of restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to me during my stay as well. Don't pass up the chance to stay here.
