Ruangan itu bersih dan rapi. Itu adalah keterlambatan check-out bagi kami pada hari-hari hujan. Sangat perhatian. Kolam renang dan gymnya super. Cuaca hujan memang paling cocok untuk dihabiskan di sini, tapi pelayanan Gloria dan Grace sangat menghangatkan hati. Kakak laki-laki bernama Tom telah menonton di kolam renang. Kami membuat orang merasa lega bahwa bunker sosok Basti memberi kami banyak petunjuk, sangat sabar, dan sangat luar biasa! Singkatnya, hari hujan yang tak terduga membuat kami menuai banyak di gym

Perfect stay, the pool is amazing but a bit cold. Executive lounge is also good, really good service and quiet. Breakfast buffet has a children's play area which was great!

The best hotel I lived recently. Even some hotels are more expensive. Very nice stuffs, good breakfast and restaurants.

Amazing stay at the X’ian Renaissance hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights in the executive rooms, spacious, clean and good toiletries. The executive lounge is a nice touch, Amy was very attentive and the service was excellent in general. A great stay, and cost effective.

The room was excellent and very comfortable. Fantastic bath also. I used the swimming pool and it was great. The gym staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok and I would suggest having more international quality food e.g. better bread and western options. I would also suggest a more formal bar area for the evenings.

A perfect end to a holiday. Spent three nights here and had excellent service. The lounge is well worth the splurge, excellent food and fantastic hosts. Selena in the lounge was attentive and kind; Simon at the front desk was personable and welcoming. A great stay in Xian (despite the current situation). Thank you!

Nice swimming pool, i also recommend the xingjiang restaurant. Room are very big . Just the check out is to early . I will back if im around this area.

酒店入住體驗非常好，今天續住一晚，酒店交通方便，大堂非常有特色大氣上檔次，房間乾淨浴室衞生間乾濕分離，服務員服務意識很強，非常熱情有禮貌，尤其提出表揚前台Lucy專業，熟練，熱情，以後入住還會選擇萬麗。

房間夠大，床品舒適。特別要點評下酒店的服務，耐心而細緻：因為在西安遊玩，先訂了一晚感覺不錯，直接續了五晚，因為房間緊張，前台一直在協調。這次自駕出行，帶了保温箱放飲料，諮詢是否可以提供冷凍的礦泉水，沒想到直接幫我冷凍了一箱，每天早上都可以去取，真的太感謝了。大唐的小車裡麪準備了陝西的特色小吃，都是免費提供的，冰鎮酸梅湯值得嚐嚐

考試結束帶小朋友來西安旅遊，看攜程排名以及評論選擇了這家酒店。名副其實，酒店大堂很寬敞，設計感十足。前台Emma很熱情，給我們推薦的“盈盈水盆”很好吃😋還給小朋友送了葡萄餅乾，小孩很喜歡。酒店位於電視塔附近，去附近的景點都很方便。晚上我們打車很晚回來抱着小孩，禮賓迅速幫我們按了電梯，感覺像是回到家了一樣。 我很喜歡他們的洗漱用品，味道很好聞。臨走時，客房姐姐還送了我一個。太讚了，出門在外可以遇到像家一樣的酒店實在是太難得了。很遺憾旅行結束要回家了，下次見啦。謝謝你們的服務，我很開心。點贊。

房間很大 服務很好 五樓泳池很大很乾凈 適合小朋友 早餐基本上西安特色都有了 咖啡也不錯哦 😌離大唐不夜城和萬象天地很近的 適合帶娃 外賣也可以機器人送上來 ，叫車到門口 都會幫忙開門拿行李 態度很好哦！
