Skanhem Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower subway station

The room is very clean! The air conditioning works very well, and a smart panel that controls the curtain and the lighting in the room. Nice location that is just walking distance to the bell tower. Superb service by the hotel reception, especially Luna, she helped us a lot during the stay.

The reception staff was perfect, in particular Jinji kikko, luna and susan always did the extra step to help us and make us feel at home. Only remark to make is that the toilet room stinked a lot.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Helpful staff, Clean and modern hotel in unbeatable location. The mattress was very comfortable especially for me who has back problem. We particularly loved sitting on the balcony eating delicious roast whole chicken and New Orleans chicken wings from KFC next door and watching the busy streets at the same time. Lastly, We would like to thank reception staff 小王& others, for helping to keep our parcels . Not forgetting housekeeping staff for making our stay an enjoyable experience. Many thanks also to 胡晓红, for her delicious fruits and helping me with the tours. It was nice meeting her again. We will definitely go back.

We had a pleasant stay at Skanhem Hotel, the room was modern and quiet. The hotel was near the subway station, mall and restaurants. Breakfast was good and receptionist were helpful.

Fantastic and high CP, nice to stay here in xian

This hotel uses motion sensors which is annoying if you do not keep moving in the room. The lights will go out. They also did not have “Do Not Disturb” signs and only had the switches which 100% will not work after you head out because there is no motion in your room, there is no electricity, the staff will definitely enter your room. When confronted with the problem, front desk supervisor Jia Xiao Long started by gaslighting me. He insisted I did not personally inform them that I did not want my room made so the housekeeper entered. I have been to numerous hotels in my life, never have I been told that I have to verbally give an instruction for them to not enter. I told the housekeeper to leave repeatedly because I did not want her to touch my things but she decides against it as well. Very stubborn bunch of staff, good luck to all of you.
