位置優越，近永寧門即南門，登古城牆便利，去大雁塔大唐不夜城也方便。酒店設施齊全，智能控制，服務周到，早餐品類齊全。

房間相當乾淨，服務人員感覺也相當不錯，早餐阿姨和服務員都相當熱心，體驗不錯。
地點是其最大優勢，離地鐵站和永寧門都很近。衹是入口沒有斜坡，提行李相當不便

設施：挺新的，房間也很大，都是智能控制，房間裏沒有電話用小度打電話，但是小度一直佔線，找人也沒解決，不過影響不大，用自己手機給前台打一樣
衞生：衞生乾淨，感覺裝修沒多久
環境：位置很好去哪裡都方便，晚上會有些些吵，隔音少差但是可接受
服務：服務都很好，在西安算是好的，就是退完房回來取行李時，想借用下衞生間，一位穿西裝的女士很不友好，可能退完房了服務就不耐煩了，不過在西安這幾天習慣了

這次入住體驗將科技感與人性化服務完美融合。全屋智能家居系統在細節處彰顯温度，衞浴五件套更是選用意大利高端品牌ACCA KAPPA。站在窗邊，古老城牆的壯麗景緻盡收眼底。
特別感謝小二同學熱情周到的服務，不僅主動幫忙拆快遞並送到房間，當第二晚遇到電路故障時，還迅速安排更換房間，妥善處理後續事宜，讓我倍感安心。下次來西安，這裏依然會是我的首選。
