ELONG ETANG Hotel (Xi'an XRL North station)

Very nice room, great location as it is near the train station. at the 1st floor of the building there are lots of food to eat too. there is also a huge supermaket and we had a good time shopping there. Room was very clean, very comfortable and i really enjoyed it. Will definitely book this hotel again if i happen to go back to xi'an

Location was very good, the room is very large and we got a free room upgrade 😊. Toilets and showers were clean, and it was convenient to get a Didi from here. The heater was also well regulated.

The Elong Etang Hotel in Xi’an impressed us with its excellent location, just a short distance from the North Railway Station. This makes it incredibly convenient for day trips, such as visiting Huashan. The hotel is newly built, and the modern design of the rooms reflects this. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including the Japanese-style water toilet, which added a luxurious touch. The thoughtful extras, such as complimentary gifts, were a nice surprise. We especially enjoyed the water and face masks, which showed the hotel’s attention to detail and guest comfort. The service at the reception was friendly and helpful. While the staff didn’t speak English, communication through a translation app worked well and was not a major issue. One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast. The selection was almost entirely Chinese, except for white toast, butter, jam, and coffee. While the local cuisine was fresh and authentic, a few more options catering to international guests would be appreciated to accommodate a wider range of preferences. Another downside was that, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a faint smell of old smoke in the room. Additionally, the window insulation was not very strong, and we could hear some outside noise, which meant the need of earplugs to sleep comfortably. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel offers unbeatable value for money. Its modern amenities, excellent location, and reasonable pricing make it a great choice. We would happily stay here again in the future!

這家酒店地理位置超棒，周邊有很多美食，出了酒店就能搭乘地鐵和公交去景點打卡，或者是逛街都十分方便。距離高鐵北站也不遠，打車很快就能到達，酒店房間乾淨，衞生整潔，工作人員服務非常好，有耐心，很細緻。客房工作人員打掃衞生也很迅速，酒店設施齊全，智能語音控制，入住體驗非常好。

房間寬敞舒適，床品柔軟親膚，彷彿雲端漫步，每晚都享受着舒適的夢鄉，讓人能夠精力充沛，迎接每一天，工作人員專業細緻，能夠提前想到客人的需求，無論是諮詢還是尋求幫助，總是會耐心解答，熱情相助，地理位置得天獨厚，周邊出行很方便，距離高鐵北站很近，無論是商務出行還是休閑度假都是理想的選擇，總之，這家酒店無論是設施服務還是位置都無可挑剔，絕對值得五星好評👍
