Saat masuk hotel, lingkungan dan fasilitas cukup baik, namun pelayanan front desk tidak pada tempat dan pelayanan lobi rata-rata. Hal pertama yang saya rasakan ketika memasuki kamar adalah hotel yang baru direnovasi, bau formaldehida sangat menyengat, tenggorokan saya sangat tidak nyaman, dan kacamata saya tidak nyaman. Poin lainnya adalah kebisingan di dalam kamar sangat keras, terutama di tengah malam, suara desirannya lebih jelas, yang membuat saya dan teman-teman benar-benar tidak bisa tidur lubang udara AC, jadi kami tidak punya pilihan selain mematikan AC dan mematikan AC di kamar. This is one of the best Crowne Plaza hotels I have stayed in over the years, with regard to its excellent accomodation and splendid service and tidiness. Initiative and efficiency of both the security guard and the concierge were instantly displayed right from the moment of our arrival at the side-gate entrance. Likewise, heart-felt professionalism of the front-desk staff certainly made our check-in easy and comfy. Daily breakfast in the restaurant was more than sufficient in terms of variety and quantity, and even in such low-season time we still could find waves of diners kept rushing in. Finally, the executive lounge on the fifth floor is most impressive in all aspects ranging from environment to vibe to food to comfort, and needless to say, to the marvellous lady-staff who served us with state-of-the-art dining and outstanding, caring service. A happy staycation, really.

An awesome place to stay. It is just a bit far away from city Centre but worth the stay. The best breakfast I have ever had across China since my 12 years travel here.

Very nice hotel, well decorated and and clean. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, breakfast is pretty good and with a lot of choices. Position is not very convenient to explore the old town.
