I enjoyed my stay at this hotel till I decided to to stay one more night. I booked on trip as always. Then at the front desk, the staff told me that I needed to pay again. Came to find out that trip.com was holding my payment instead of paying the hotel. So I paid again. I am still waiting for my refund from trip.com. What a mess!

The hotel is definitely 5 stars, breakfast was excelent , rooms are super clean , located across the street from a high end outlet. Taxi to terracotta warriors site 30 minutes or less and only 30 rmb

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. The concierge lady 小亢 has given great services during our stay. They had even given us free fruit (laichi) which tasted very well!
