超讚服務超好，完全不踩雷！非常值得推薦！ 工作人員講話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，知道我們春節自駕帶娃過來特意給娃升級了早餐券。 高新區酒店地理位置絕佳，交通方便出門就有公交地鐵，外賣送來會幫忙送上去。 環境很棒硬件設施令人稱讚！尤其是樓層中的博物館文物藝術品展示，特別符合古都西安的風采。 室內環境很有設計感，房間內也讓人感覺温馨乾淨，床非常大兩大一完全不覺得擠，還配有L型沙發及方桌正好娃可以寫寒假作業！ 性價比拉滿酒店，服務中心熱情服務。 態度親切感非常好，退房後孩子學習機的電子筆忘在酒店了工作人員主動電話問是否還在西安如果不方便取可以安排快遞，非常推薦來西安住這裏！而且一層的下午茶及咖啡☕超讚！ 下次還會選擇這裏！❤❤❤

We stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Xi’an Southwest for 6 nights in 3 bedrooms. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout our stay, which made a great impression. The rooms were spacious, cozy, and well-designed. Beds were clean and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. However, one of our bathrooms had a lingering cigarette odor—likely from a previous guest—which was surprising given the hotel’s non-smoking policy. Location-wise, the MRT station is conveniently located just beside the hotel, making transport easy. That said, the immediate area lacks variety in terms of restaurants, cafes, or eateries, which might be a drawback for some especially on raining days. Breakfast was average. While the venue itself is spacious and pleasant, the food quality varied—some items, especially the sausages, were hard and some cooking were overly salty, dry, or cold. Still, the overall taste was decent. Facilities met expectations for a hotel of this standard. We traveled as a family with both elderly and a child, and accessibility was not an issue. While the hotel seems to cater mostly to business guests, it was still comfortable for leisure travel.
