Becamex is an old hotel with a good environment, luxurious lobby, swimming pool and dedicated gym, but the room is average. HIIVE is slightly larger and has no swimming pool, but has a laundry room. All three hotels have Chinese services and the prices are similar. The bad thing about TC is that there are rooms without windows, so pay attention when booking.
