設施：齊全，從廁所的呼救設備可以看出酒店很用心。還有
衞生：5樓的房間打掃的很乾凈，大大的玻璃，打開窗簾，清新自然。
環境：這家酒店環境簡直太棒了！一走進大堂，獨特的設計風格就吸引了我，時尚又不失典雅。房間寬敞明亮，佈置得很用心，每一處細節都彰顯品質。
服務：前台工作人員的服務可以稱得上賓至如歸，這家酒店停車也是免費，有自己的停車場。

看着房間温馨舒適，價格也還實惠，希望能有個不錯的體驗，但服務態度也挺廉價的，客人多或少都是一個人在前台等待時間較長，也許新年期間可以理解，但對比大多酒店前台有欠專業，忙於應付盡顯疲態毫無熱情可言，最不滿意續住要去前台刷卡，然而並沒有第一時間通知顧客，導致晚上回房間房卡失效進不了門，小孩上廁所長者要吃葯被堵門口，良好感受大打折扣，這個酒店是老酒店改了名字的可能服務管理還沒跟上，其實不必着急讓客人好評，沒評價就是合格的服務評價，好評還需要付出更多的！當然酒店裝修環境不錯早餐也挺好值得肯定，續住後再評價…

多次來悟州了，今年換了這間酒店住，櫃枱辦理服務員幫我們免費升級了房間，房間空間大，光亮，衞生乾淨，設施齊全，住得很舒服，交通方便，性價比高，不遠處就是芳記老友粉。停車免費很多車位超方便的，強烈推薦，下次來悟州玩這是首選！

大年初一也才200塊的酒店，本來一點期待都沒有，沒想到可以這麼好，實在是太棒了。
樓下就是沃爾瑪，家庭出遊忘記帶東西了隨時可以買，很方便。
一樓前台旁邊有當地特產六堡茶可以喝，味道很香。
房間面積很大，浴室也很大，一家三口一點都不擁擠。羽絨被很貼身。唯一美中不足的是天花燈帶晚上睡覺的時候發現關不了，找了工程部的師傅來看，乾脆關掉了算了。
房間裏還有烘乾機，自己手洗了衣服很快就能烘乾。
早餐的番薯和橙子都很甜，果然廣西的農產品名不虛傳。

酒店位於市中心，交通便利，樓下沃爾瑪超市購物方便。前台服務不錯，衞生也到位，洗漱用品準備很貼心，還有洗衣液，洗手液也挺高大上的。如果説有問題，就是酒店時間久了，空調製熱效果槓槓滴，一晚不用蓋被入睡。

路過梧州，本來定了別的酒店，結果到了之後才知道沒有車位了，臨時改訂了柏納酒店，應該是剛加盟的吧！看得出來原來的裝修還比較好，但是現在感覺就是舊了些。
後窗户是住宅小區，下午小孩子多，稍微有點吵。。
一進房間裏面沒電，是設備出了問題，很快師傅就給解決了。
樓下有地下停車場，還算方便。還有沃爾瑪超市，買東西方便，周邊吃的東西不多。
