我們是一家三口來這邊旅遊的，前台小姐姐很貼心，看我帶了個娃，主動給我們升級了房型，入住的時候房間特別寬敞，朝着景區的位置可以看到湖，景色非常的美呀，當時還加了前台小姐姐的微信，很貼心的發了演齣節目單，而且都是有問必答，很負責任，為此次旅行提供了很好的體驗！退房後，還給我們送了小禮物，小朋友很喜歡，説一定要給姐姐好評，為靜雅小姐姐點贊👍 下次來玩還找她，服務超級好！

酒店在婺女洲景區裏面非常方便可以無限次進出，前台鄭依婷小姐姐態度非常好辦理也很迅速，還給我們升級了房間，房間環境很好，打掃的也很乾凈，湖景房可以看到園區，非常棒！

這次入住婺女洲度假區故園裡酒店真的讓我倍感驚喜！酒店位於婺女洲度假區內，環境清幽雅緻，整體設計融合了徽派建築與現代美學，一步一景，彷彿置身於詩畫之中。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，細節處處體現着高品質的用心。
特別要感謝管家美怡，她的服務真的無可挑剔！從入住前的貼心溝通，到入住期間的細緻照顧，無論是行程建議還是需求響應，她都表現得非常專業和熱情。每次遇到問題，她都能第一時間幫忙解決，讓人感覺特別温暖，真的像家人一樣貼心！
酒店的早餐也很豐富，本地特色小吃和精緻餐點應有盡有，坐在窗邊邊吃邊欣賞風景，簡直是一種享受。酒店包含景區大門票周邊遊玩也很方便，婺女洲的夜景美得讓人流連忘返，打鐵花、火壺必看項目！！
