五星好評！從進門就驚喜不斷——院子景觀錯落有致，坐在院子裏喝喝茶也是一種享受，還有一盆蘭花，芬香撲鼻，房間比圖片還美，床品舒適，浴室的水壓和熱水超級給力！民宿位置安靜但到景區非常近，性價比超高！強烈推薦！”

首先地理位置很好，就在城區，雖然離篁嶺景區沒有那麼近，但是上山很方便。民宿的環境，讓我們一進店就耳目一新。裝修大氣優雅，房間很乾凈，每一個細節衞生都做得很好。是老闆自己的房子，所以在設計和維護時都很用心。老闆姐姐長得漂亮，人也很好，跟她相處就像自家姐姐。

老闆人真的非常好，我們中午11點多就到了，還沒到入住時間，老闆也出去吃飯了，接到我們電話後第一時間趕回來；晚上11點多我們從婺女洲回來，看到老闆在客廳裏，還給我們煮茶，陪我們聊天，有種回家的親切感；第二天我們要趕10.30的高鐵，10點鐘車還沒打到，老闆二話不説直接開車送我們去高鐵站，我們很幸運趕上了高鐵。在茗雅居感受到了温暖。
另外，位置很方便，就在離婺女洲三公里左右的地方，打車、遊玩都很方便。設施都很新，空調靈敏，花灑水流很大，設備配置齊全。衞生很乾凈，是我住過最舒服的民宿，全都是老闆親自打掃，住的很舒服，睡得也很好。
