老闆人真的非常好，我們中午11點多就到了，還沒到入住時間，老闆也出去吃飯了，接到我們電話後第一時間趕回來；晚上11點多我們從婺女洲回來，看到老闆在客廳裏，還給我們煮茶，陪我們聊天，有種回家的親切感；第二天我們要趕10.30的高鐵，10點鐘車還沒打到，老闆二話不説直接開車送我們去高鐵站，我們很幸運趕上了高鐵。在茗雅居感受到了温暖。
另外，位置很方便，就在離婺女洲三公里左右的地方，打車、遊玩都很方便。設施都很新，空調靈敏，花灑水流很大，設備配置齊全。衞生很乾凈，是我住過最舒服的民宿，全都是老闆親自打掃，住的很舒服，睡得也很好。

和朋友過來旅遊住這的 我和朋友都很滿意。一進門就看到院子裏種的很多花，一掃坐車的疲憊。房間和各個公共區域也都很乾凈， 被子有陽光的味道，住的很舒服。。。民宿不遠處還有一個夜市 有很多好吃的
