Hotel di Sangu Resort Area, Wuyishan

Stayed at haloyon villa for 2 nights and i must say the service was excellent! Was assigned the ecological twin room which was facing a construction site for the 1st night and the construction works started at 6am in the morning. I requested for a quieter room the next and the staff gave a free upgrade to garden twin room. The resort area is very pretty and theres buggy service to bring you to the reception or breakfast place. Breakfast buffet spread was good with a very nice environment. The hotel also helped us to secure impression da hong pao show tickets at a cheaper price and got us really good seats that was just beside the VIP seating area. The hotel staff was also very thoughtful and prepared a box of tea leaves for us for the inconvenience caused from having to switch room. Will definitely stay here again if i come to wuyi the next time.

Amazing facilities , they build this place with touch of warm heart , serve with love and hosted with generosity. I should say this is a boutique hotel quality. I was a female solo traveler that never been to china before and doesn’t speak the local language and I was so blessed that I booked this place , the owner Lily is speaking good english and she is go above and beyond to help n accommodate my stay beautifully . She help with my itinerary and she even being my go to call when I need help with translate. The sisters ( that is the receptionist ladies ) is also eager to please with anything that we need, truly there is no other place to stay is better in the area if you are looking for a great place to stay , served with warm heart and many upgraded for free. I always stay here when I go to Wuyishan. The hot springs are so nice. I enjoy the breakfast buffet. Five minute DiDi to the national park.

The room is very clean, quiet and no noise at night, there is a washing and drying room, and a buffet breakfast. The transportation is convenient, there are many delicious foods downstairs, and it is also very close to the attractions. I will book it next time~

As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was fascinated by the unique design style, as if I had instantly traveled to an art hall surrounded by the fragrance of tea. Every corner and every decoration cleverly combines the tea culture of Wuyi Mountain with modern aesthetics. This wave of immersive experience is directly maxed out! Let's talk about the service here. I can only say that I am convinced! When the staff learned that we were traveling together as a family, the efficiency was amazing. In the blink of an eye, the rooms were arranged neatly, all in adjacent locations, so that we could visit and chat at any time. Not only that, they also secretly upgraded our room type. This surprise came too suddenly, and it felt like winning the lottery. They really understood our needs for traveling with a family! The hotel's own tea room is definitely one of the biggest surprises of this stay! As soon as you enter the tea room, the faint fragrance of tea comes to your nose, which makes people relax instantly. Sitting there, while slowly sipping the fragrant tea, I listened to the tea-making lady sharing various interesting things and scenic spots in Wuyi Mountain vividly. Not only is she an expert in tea art, she also skillfully brews cups of fragrant tea, and the travel advice she gives is full of practical information. According to her recommendation, we checked in those niche and super beautiful attractions, perfectly avoided the crowds, and gained a lot of unique travel memories. Thank her so much! In terms of hygiene and facilities, the hotel did not disappoint at all. The room was spotlessly clean, the facilities and equipment were brand new and complete, and it was so comfortable to live in. Lying on the soft big bed at night, I felt that all the fatigue of the day was cured. However, the hotel is not perfect. The only regret is that there is no room service. But fortunately, Wuyishan's takeaway is quite awesome, with all kinds of local specialties. After placing an order, it can be delivered to the door quickly, which does not affect the joy of enjoying food at all. Family members, listen to me! The hotel is located in Sangu Resort, a ten-minute walk from Dahongpao Theater. It is very close and convenient. If you are tired from watching the evening performance, you will be there in a short walk. The hotel service is beyond five-star, and the price-performance ratio is very high. I only stayed for one night. The butler guy recommended things to pay attention to during the travel itinerary, such as delicious meals in the resort. I found that the tips I made before were useless. The service provided by the guy is comparable to five-star. It's as considerate as a hotel, and tea is given as a souvenir when you check in. It's also very clean, and the room is also very clean. You can make tea yourself at the tea-making station. It's also great to make tea yourself in a hotel with such a strong tea-appreciation culture. enjoy. highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Wuyi

The housekeeper helped us upgrade the room. The room is very large, with a tatami area for making tea and having afternoon tea, and a balcony. The balcony looks out to the back garden of the homestay, a Chongxi Mandao where you can ride a bike, which is very suitable for taking your dog for a stroll! Facilities: All items in the room are free to use, including tea bags, handmade biscuits, Wuyishan spring water, cola sparkling water, welcome fruits, coffee. I drove all the time and didn't eat at noon. I was full after eating and drinking in the room. Hahaha. Hygiene: Even people with mysophobia think it is very clean. There is no dust on the tatami, and you can lie down freely. The same is true for bath towels and towels, and the bed quilts. Environment: There is an underground parking lot for self-driving parking. There are many places to eat nearby, and you can also order takeout. There is a place to walk the dog outside the homestay, and the scenery is also good. Service: The ladies are all very good. I just hope that if the dog cannot enter the restaurant in the future, I can inform you in advance, and there will be a solution, such as eating breakfast outdoors or delivering breakfast to the room. When we went downstairs for breakfast, we were told that ”pets are not allowed into the restaurant and we cannot sit outdoors.” It was very embarrassing at the time, but luckily there was a place around a fireplace outside the back of the restaurant, so we cooked and ate there.

Overall, it's OK, and the reception at the front desk is quite warm. However, as a loyal member of Huazhu, I would like to make some suggestions on the details: 1. This hotel should be a franchise store. The original hotel belongs to Jinjiang Group, and I didn't even have time to change the sticky notes in the room. The original hotel logo is used directly, and the note paper clip is just pasted with Starway's logo paper sticker, which is really perfunctory. 2. The room has just been renovated. The materials used seem to be good and the space is sufficient. However, the construction is too rough. The air conditioner remote control in the room is directly covered with spray paint and can hardly be seen. This kind of quality is rare even in B&Bs. 3. This family room should be converted from a standard room, and the small bed seems to be a temporary addition. It's not impossible to add it temporarily, but at least put it on a bedside table. There is no place to put water bottles and mobile phones, which is really inconvenient. The above is not consistent with Huazhu's brand image. I hope it will improve after the rectification is completed, and I hope Huazhu will get better and better.

The hotel is strategically located in the resort. It is very close to the resort's main commercial street ”Dawangfeng North Road”. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is about 4 kilometers and 10 minutes to Wuyishan National Park by car. It is very convenient to travel. Fast. If the high-speed train goes in and out of Wuyishan, it only takes about 17 kilometers and 25 minutes to reach the hotel. Traveling within the resort area using online ride-hailing is cheap and responsive, so there is no need to drive yourself. Staying at Atour Hotel, it is also very convenient to go out to eat at well-known Internet celebrity restaurants. There is a wide choice of dining facilities in the surrounding area, which can be reached on foot or by taxi. The breakfast provided by the hotel is complete in variety, mainly Chinese style, which can basically meet the needs. Western-style coffee, tea, bread, etc. are also provided. Special mention should be made of the hotel front desk staff. They were very polite and greeted us with a smile every time we came in and out of the hotel and took the initiative to say hello. When we checked into the hotel on the first day, because we arrived early, the originally booked superior double room was not ready yet, but the hotel promptly upgraded our room to a Jimu twin room. The room was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. . Especially when we left the hotel on the third day, the front desk extended our check-out to 3 pm, which was a thumbs up for their considerate service for their guests👍.

This homestay was booked in advance a few days before the Spring Festival. I wanted to stay in a big hotel, but later I wanted to change to a homestay. The result exceeded my expectations. I arrived on the first day of the Chinese New Year. The proprietress greeted me warmly and helped me carry my luggage. Because there were four people in my family, I booked a two-bedroom room. From the first to the third day of the Chinese New Year, it was only more than 1,900 yuan for two nights. The two bedrooms and two beds were very spacious. The room layout and some basic configurations were very attentive, and details were taken seriously. For example, the paper towels were all heart-to-heart, and the mineral water for boiling water was available at will. It was provided without asking a second question. The homemade private rock tea was given, which could be brewed at will, and there were also boutique gift boxes of tea, fruits, and breakfast. It was also very warm and delicious, especially the homemade handmade buns. The whole room was reasonably laid out, with a private balcony, very private and spacious. It was just across the road from the ”Impression Dahongpao” theater and the ancient street. You could see Dawang Peak when you looked up. The air and scenery were both unique. There was no other choice for me to go to Wuyi Mountain next time, and I would stay at ”Yunhaibanduo”.
