Hotel Family Friendly Wuyishan

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

Great location in terms of getting to the Wuyishan national park via the free public bus. Breakfast was good and there's a lot of snacks provided. We had a free tea/snack tasting session when we checked in, which was a nice touch (but they will also try to sell the tea/snacks to you). The lady who was in charge of the building was really attentive and helpful, and even arranged a good taxi for the transfer to the train station. Appreciated the free room upgrade they gave us as well. Lastly there was a mahjong room in our building which was fun (for those who play!) Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Wuyishan.

It's convenient to take a taxi, but it's not very convenient to take the bus. On rainy days, the Didi driver doesn't know how to pick up guests on the underground first floor, so it's easy to get wet. This homestay is one of the top three homestays in Wuyi Mountain. It was just built last year. It is recommended that the price can be more favorable, which would be better. It is very good to have a pick-up service, If there is a drop-off service, it would be even better. My two daughters are very satisfied with this homestay.

We brought our family to stay and the welcome by the hotel staff was very warm and inviting. They helped with restaurant recommendations and booking tickets. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast caters to both local and foreign tastes. Due to regular buses it was extremely easy to get to downtown or the park entrance. When we stayed the buses were free. We had an early departure and the hotel packed breakfast and helped arrange a car to take us back to the train station. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again.

I often stay in B&Bs. This one has the best service and the owner is very enthusiastic. Whether it is the room or the environment, it feels like home. The ancient trees in the courtyard are verdant and the waterscape is lively. It is like a tea culture museum hidden in the mountains and rivers. Every shot is a poetic painting. The guest rooms are ingeniously designed, with simple and elegant Chinese style, spacious space and exquisite details. Tea elements are dotted in between, which not only echoes the Wuyi rock tea culture, but also creates a quiet Zen atmosphere. Overall, this is a resort hotel with a sense of design, cultural heritage and humanized service, which is worth staying in repeatedly.

Special thanks to the front desk manager Xiao Xu lven for his meticulous service - from the efficient check-in when entering the lobby to actively asking about itinerary needs and handing over a customized travel guide, his professionalism and warmth run through the whole process. When consulting about laundry services late at night, he coordinated the dryer within two minutes; before going out on rainy days, he had quietly prepared a long-handled umbrella and put it in the storage; even after checking out, he still followed up on the express delivery of the lost charger. There is no overly enthusiastic marketing rhetoric, but in the details of the silent operation of the air conditioner, the daily replenishment of tea bags, and the 30-second response to room needs, we can feel what is the ”silent” service philosophy. The front desk manager Xiao Xu and the team interpreted with actions: real thoughtfulness does not need to be publicized, and it will quietly take root when the needs are perceived in advance. Such a hotel deserves to be a safe choice for business trips!

I always stay here when I go to Wuyishan. The hot springs are so nice. I enjoy the breakfast buffet. Five minute DiDi to the national park.

The courtyard of the B&B was decorated in a very unique way. The housekeeper girl came out to greet me when she heard the sound, and gave the tea house's own tea to taste. The overall hygiene of the room is okay, but the bathroom has a blind spot, and dirt has accumulated between the sink and shower for a long time, which affects the stay experience. Lunch and dinner were at the farmhouse next door. The portions of the dishes were quite large and the taste was on the strong side. The soup I ordered was a little fishy, ​​but the others were okay. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

The homestay is in the villa area, you can walk to the ”Dahongpao Impression” theater, the south gate of Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area, the old street, very close, convenient to take a taxi. The boss and the proprietress are enthusiastic and have a sense of distance. The boss is a tea maker and closes the door. Before I came, I rarely drank cinnamon and Dahongpao. In my impression, he was the kind of paste, after drinking stomach uncomfortable. In the homestay, Boss Yuan, invite me to drink cinnamon, patiently explain the comparison, almost a bubble of cinnamon is drunk by myself, throat is moist, back to the sweetness, stomach is not tolerated, subvert my understanding of rock tea, now I have time to drink from the boss's house, swallows. When I left the store, I gave a friend to Boss Xue. I fought a few kinds of tea. My friend drank it and said it was very good. Will come to Nanshe again, will buy tea here, and will recommend it to friends. If you come to Wuyi Mountain, it is recommended that you come to Nanshe for one night and enjoy tea and chat.
