I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

9/10 Overall it’s okay Maybe a couple of extra bed pillows otherwise would definitely make a reservation next time Check in was smooth 🤗

What a waste of resources! Secondly, the most useless thing is that the mirror light switch is broken. The hotel put up a pattern to cover it up. I didn't expect that the mirror light button would keep flashing at night, which really affected my sleep. I didn't even need to turn on the night light at night because of the flashing! There is also a strong smell of cigarettes! In short, don't book this hotel's special offer room! Finally, let me talk about the advantages. The location is good, it is convenient to go to Nanchang Street, and the security guard will enthusiastically guide you to the parking space!

When I first checked in, I saw that I was given a free room upgrade for children. When I left, the flight was delayed and I could check out later. The brothers and sisters always greeted me with a smile. The room was simply and beautifully decorated, and most importantly, the bed was really comfortable. It completely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet part of Wuxi City. I also liked the small but well equipped fitness room and the self-service laundry room.
