We arrived at night. The service attitude of Jia Jia at the front desk of the hotel was excellent. The transportation is convenient and close to the subway entrance. The room is quite big, with two rooms and two beds. But it was a bit stuffy to sleep at night, and it seemed that there was no air conditioning or fresh air. I didn't sleep well all night. Later I found that the window could be opened, so I opened it earlier. The phone in the room was broken. The engineering department came to repair it and said it was a line problem. The smart toilet was pretty good.
Breakfast was in the revolving restaurant on the 28th floor, with a lot of varieties and everything you should have. The pickles were too salty. The wontons were good.
There is free parking in the underground parking lot, just tell the front desk before leaving.
The location is relatively good, not far from Hang Lung Plaza. There are many places to eat around.

When I booked the hotel, I saw that this store was close to the subway station and Wuxi Station, so it should be very convenient to go to the scenic spots. First of all, I arrived at the store very late, and the front desk service was average. After checking in, the cat's eye in the room was broken and the uninterruptible power supply was broken. Thinking it was too late, I went out the next day and told the front desk that the room could be cleaned and repaired. After that, the front desk called me again to confirm. As a result, when I returned at night, the room was not cleaned, just like when I went out in the morning, and the uninterruptible power supply was directly blocked and I was not allowed to use it. After I gave feedback to Ctrip, the manager contacted me. The handling was relatively timely. I accepted and satisfied with the handling result. However, when I returned to the hotel on the third night, the waiter suddenly knocked on the door. When I opened the door, there was nothing, only a large black garbage bag with two bottles of mineral water in it. I closed the door, but after a while, the waiter swiped the card to open my door directly, which made me very angry. However, the lobby manager came to apologize and handle it. This is my experience of staying for three days. I didn't intend to give a good review at first, but the manager who called me back was very nice, and Ctrip's customer service was very sincere. I am still willing to give the hotel a good review, and I hope that these problems will not occur again next time I stay.

Please see Figure 1 for the sanitary conditions. I don’t want to take pictures of the others! The front desk gave me room 2021, but when I washed my hands, water leaked to the other side of the toilet! After communicating on the phone, the engineer came to see it and said that it couldn’t be repaired-someone had to be sent from outside to repair it! What does this have to do with the customer? Accompany me throughout the whole process! Later, they said to change the room, but I waited for more than 20 minutes to no avail! I called again and they said that they would send a robot to deliver the room card to the next room! Where can I withdraw the service? ? The surrounding environment is good, shopping and dining are convenient, and transportation is convenient. It was too early to get off the train and take the subway to the hotel. A male waiter in the lobby (tall and a little fat) provided very good service, gave two bottles of water, and helped to store luggage. Then I went to the 7+7 fast food restaurant across the road for dinner. It was economical, clean and hygienic. I also visited several small attractions such as Chong'an Temple in the surrounding area, and checked out the 2 stops for the tour to Yuantouzhu. I went to the main desk to check in at 8:30 and asked for a quiet room on a higher floor 😁
