I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with great amenities. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the relaxing pool area. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant getaway!

The location is a bit away from the town. A 10 minutes walking distance to the Wanda shopping mall.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Wuxi Xin Qu (Wuxi New Area) train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Considering how warm Wuxi can get in summer, I would have appreciated a few more bottles of the complimentary drinkable water (only 2 small bottles were made available in a double bed room). Apart from this, everything was OK - in line with the Pullman/Accor Hotels standards.

This weekend we've stayed in Wuxi one day. I'd checked lots of hotels, and we selected Pullman hotel at this time. The choice was correct, service was very good. All of employee were very kind. Inside of room also very clean. Breakfast was very delicious, my son also liked to eat food. If I go to Wuxi next time, I will choose Pullman hotel again.

衞生：衞生還挺好的，是五星級酒店該有的水平 環境：旁邊就是萬達廣場，還有一個錦鯉池，小構景也很好看，對面就是很火的那個孤獨的樹，真的還挺出片的 服務：特別表揚一下總機的Amy和Tina耐心的解答我們的問題，也給我們推薦了無錫好玩的景點還有好吃的，真棒，下次來到無錫的話還會選擇這家酒店的，這真是讓人記憶猶新的一場旅行。

環境：酒店位置很不錯，和朋友來無錫玩下了高鐵打車十分鐘就到了，一到就被門口的鮮花驚到了，好漂亮，大堂也很明亮，聽前台Nicole講酒店內的花是定期更換的，酒店周圍都是花也是定期更換 設施：酒店內的設施齊全，游泳池健身房西餐中餐，spa，棋牌室，小童樂園，還有一個小型的電玩城，小朋友肯定會喜歡 衞生：房間衞生做的也不錯，邊邊角角很乾凈，住着挺安心的 服務：值得一提的是無錫鉑爾曼服務真的很不錯，辦入住的Nicole真的很熱情，也很貼心，提了一嘴坐車好累就給送了泡澡袋和浴鹽，泡完澡很舒服，還告知我們外賣可以機器人送，早餐也很好，都很貼心 酒店位置也很不錯，離景點都不遠，玩的很開心，下次帶家人來無錫還選擇住這裏！

酒店大堂很豪華，房間乾淨整潔。前台David服務很好，態度和藹可親，辦理手續快速，詳細的介紹酒店設施設備。酒店還有泳池健身房，房間還有浴缸，早餐也很豐富，口味不錯，入住體驗很好。強烈推薦。下次再來。
