Ulasan Hotel Nikko Wuxi

Excellent facilities and brilliant service, with Nanchang Street in walking distance.

Great location right opposite the waking street with many shops and restaurants / food stalls. Hotel is old but clean and very kind and helpfull staff

Curtains cannot close completely so early light in room. No mosquito net in front of the window. Quite old hotel but the location is great

Ok level hotel, it is already old, and would need refresh. Stil decent, best of this hotel is it´s location!

Cannot beat the location especially close proximity to the Red Pub. Housekeeping very friendly and thorough. We didn’t try the breakfast but plenty of coffee shops nearby including Stbks. We enjoyed the indoor lap pool twice. Definitely a good deal.

A nice hotel at a good location in my view. Front staff had a good attitude and gave a good help when something unhappy happened to my stay.

The hotel is rated as a five-star hotel, but the interior is very old-fashioned and mediocre. The TV is equipment from 15 years ago, and the foreign signal cuts out every five minutes. Although we brought children and the hotel description mentioned child-related amenities, there were no children's bathrobes or slippers. After calling, we were given adult versions instead. The mattress was okay, but the water flow in the bathroom was almost non-existent, and the ceiling shower was basically unusable. When checking in, they directly informed us that there would be no hot water starting from 8 AM the next day, with no apologies, just saying that if you need hot water, don't use it after 8 AM the next day. This is the quality of their five-star rating.

I expect a bit more from hotel Nikko. I have stayed in different Nikko hotels pre-covid but the experience this time is disapponting. .I stayed in a number of hotel for my3-week HSR touring, ranging from the top end (shangri la) to small local hotel. I ranked Nikko at the bottom. Well the small local hotels improved a lot but Nikko sliding back.

Over all is a good hotel
