This is my first time staying in Wuxi. The front desk was very welcoming, especially Xiaoye and Xiaozhu, who checked me in quickly and directed me to the elevator! The sanitation is in line with Hilton standards, very clean and very good! The facilities are relatively new and simple!

I must say that I am truly impressed with this hotel. The price was excellent. The service was really fantastic. The manager even walked me to my room and helped me get the Wifi all set etc. What a nice staff. They always made sure I had tons of water and coffee. I was invited to a nice breakfast and they really look great care of me here. The location is nice with plenty of things around. The bed was really great and I slept a much needed 10.5 hours. The earplugs were a really nice touch but the floor I was on was quiet and the city pleasant. Great shower, sink etc. The guest laundry was really helpful. I took advantage, and had a workout in the hotel gym while my clothes were washing. I must say that this hotel has thought of everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Just remember,28th floor is where the reception is, and check in there. Location great..easy to get to the Metro station, shopping, all very easily accessible. The location is OK, but the facilities are old. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to anywhere, and one kilometer to the subway. It is close to the road, and the soundproofing of the room is average, which needs to be improved.
