Service: In summary, it is very humane. The staff will contact you from the day before check-in, which is quite considerate. You can directly ask for advice and help, or chat, and they will take the initiative to serve.
Meals: Because of the special location, you usually won’t go out when you check in, so you will most likely eat in the hotel. Because I checked in late that day, I didn’t have dinner and only had breakfast the next day. Breakfast is free, you can order and add dishes, as long as you don’t waste it. The taste is much better than the appearance, and it is not bad.
Others: The coffee view is very good, suitable for checking in and taking pictures, but the barista didn’t go to work in the morning, so I don’t know how the product is. There is a tree in front of the window in each room, and the room is named after it. The swimming pool is relatively small and can only be used for playing. The location is very remote and the road is difficult to walk. It is best to park the car in the parking lot and let the hotel driver pick it up.

GGuest UserIn the core area of Wushan County, it is only a step away from the river, but unfortunately there are too many steps. Because of this, parking is not very convenient. It is inconvenient to take luggage in and out of the underground garage across the road.
The front desk is very friendly to dogs. My dog is too enthusiastic about people. He likes to get close to sniff and pounce when he is too excited. I educate the dog, and the lady said it’s okay.
We know that there will be more people for breakfast in chain hotels. When we encounter this situation, we always eat separately and don’t bring dogs into the restaurant. The lady at the front desk also reminded us that there are many people, but the statement is very tactful. She is afraid that others will accidentally step on the dog, not afraid that the dog will scare others. It can be seen that the pet-friendly training of this Hanting is quite good.
The room hygiene and facilities have reached the consistent standards of Hanting, which is still good.

Special thanks The staff who helped me cook noodles for breakfast, my grandma made delicious noodles. When I wanted to eat noodles, there was no staff at the stall so I cooked them myself. After eating, my mother said there was too much salt. I also want to thank you at noon on the day I left the hotel. I was in a hurry to go out and there were almost no places to eat around the hotel. GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to Wushan and it left a deep impression on me. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we had children with us, we originally booked a luxurious standard room and upgraded it to one with an outside window for free. The room was very clean. , the bathroom is big, the breakfast is rich, and the waiters are very nice! I will choose Hongfei Hotel again next time I come! Worth recommending!

JJoshHadThe check in took a long time and the owner first tried giving us a room without a window even through we booked a double room with a window. He told us that the room we booked was already occupied and eventually gave us a room with two single beds which had a window. The place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and the walls were very stained. Bedding and towels were clean but the room could do with a proper scrub and fresh paint. The shower is over a squatty toilet and the space is very tight and awkward. Also, the toilet cistern and the boiler above it leaked so it was impossible to go to the toilet without getting wet.
