I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. This brand new hotel is conveniently located near the Hankou railway station and metro. To my surprise, front desk sent me complementary fruit plate and snacks during my stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Hakou.

This stay experience was really great! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are tidy and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is spotless, and even the corners are cleaned very carefully. I feel very at ease staying here. An auntie comes to clean every day, and she pays full attention to details! The service attitude is impeccable. The lady at the front desk is warm and thoughtful. What surprised me most was the Wuhan hot dry noodles downstairs, which was absolutely amazing! The noodles are chewy, the sesame paste is fragrant, and it is served with sour beans and diced radish. I have to have a bowl of it every morning and I won’t get tired of it even if I eat it for three days. It is definitely the authentic Wuhan flavor! The transportation is also super convenient. Exit C of Zhuyeshan subway station is just downstairs from the hotel. It is very convenient to go to Jianghan Road, Yellow Crane Tower and other scenic spots without worrying about traffic jams. On the third day of our stay, no one changed the towels or took out the trash. Cleaning was only done after I asked the front desk. But after cleaning, they didn't even provide towels and bath towels. When I came back to take a shower, I found out there were no towels and bath towels. It was quite strange. When the second takeout was delivered to the front desk, the delivery man called and said that the front desk staff needs to verify the identity because the child's name is registered and the takeout is in the parent's name. This old employee was so arrogant that he refused to listen to the phone call, but was still making things difficult for the delivery man and not allowing the robot to deliver the food cart. Later, I called the hotel to inquire, but they gave the same excuse: they were too busy and didn't have time to answer the phone! The problem is, the delivery man you asked called me to verify the information, but he refused to answer the phone and said the name didn’t match! Then, may I ask, the takeaway order 5 minutes ago was also delivered by a robot, so how did it arrive? The identity of the previous takeaway was not verified, so how come it was delivered? The hotel stipulates that as consumers, we should actively cooperate and report to you when answering the phone to verify the ID information. Why are you refusing to answer the phone? You are so arrogant towards the delivery man. Don’t you even have time to answer a phone call? It was you who was asked to verify your identity, and after I verified it with you, you refused to listen. I really don’t understand this operation! I hope the front office manager can train this male employee well. If he is not properly trained, he should not be allowed to take up the job!
