I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

This is my third stay, and the service is as thoughtful as ever. The Guanggu Square subway station is one of the largest in China, and the transportation is very convenient. During the Qingming Festival, I went to the East Lake Cherry Blossom Garden. There was a traffic jam on Lumo Road. I could ride a bike from the hotel, which was only 5 kilometers away. It was too early to go to Dacheng Road in the morning, and it was also very fast to take a taxi back and forth. It was fast to take a taxi to Wuhan Station, and it was convenient to go to Hankou Station by subway.

A very satisfying stay experience! The housekeeper Xiao Duan helped me upgrade to an executive king room for free before check-in, and a welcome fruit was also prepared in the room. During my stay, the waiter Wang Shuangmei also took the initiative to provide me with a clothes drying rack and wipe and maintain my shoes. It was a very considerate service! The room is well-equipped with beautiful scenery and can see the East Lake. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuhan!

What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation.
