The hotel controls one, the newly opened hotel has to check in, the newly opened hotel in Hankou River Beach, the lobby is Chinese style, the Wuhan elements are strong, the room is clean and tidy, the activity space is spacious, and the bathroom is dry and wet. The service here is warm and thoughtful. Every employee will take the initiative to smile and say hello when they see the guests. Especially the small week service at the front desk is very warm and caring. I know that I don’t sleep well. I take the trouble to help lead me to a few rooms to audition for the sound insulation effect and sound interference of the room. The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.
