Hotel di Yellow Crane Tower/Wuchang Railway Station, Wuhan

Very pleased with our choice of this hotel. Beautifully decorated and perfect for photos everywhere. Even thought the front yard was a flower shop. Nice smell throughout the hotel. Room is spacious and well set up. Smart Control made things even easier. Glad that the bedroom lighting control is separate from the wash up area. Large window and large TV! Staff are all very polite. Expect them to greet you anywhere. Interesting to see a service robot riding the lift and running up and down the corridor. We haven’t tried the free laundry service but we found two arcade games in that area.  Highly recommend

Helpful staff at check in. Room was average size. Comfortable bed,with fresh linen each day. The lady housekeeper kept the room clean durian my daily absence and wished me good morning with a smile each time I saw her. When I checked out she acknowledged me farewell with a wave and warm smile. Breakfast was mainly Chinese as expected in a Chinese hotel, but there was adequate Western style food on offer. All the food was fresh and hot. Overall a good experience with the added bonus of only a short walk to the Yellow Crane Pagoda and ferries across the Yangtze River.. I took advantage of the free Metro and Bus travel for senior citizens.

When checking in, the front desk will serve me delicious tea and let me wait on the sofa. I have to say it is really considerate~ The housekeeper-level WeChat service must be evaluated separately! I didn't expect it to be a 24-hour online housekeeper. I asked for recommendations for surrounding midnight snacks at more than 1 o'clock in the morning. Not only did he reply in seconds, but he also gave directions. The hotel facilities are very good, with a gym and a laundry room! What I didn't expect is that there is also a dryer, which is simply a rescue for tourists! The restaurant of this hotel is beautiful both day and night, suitable for taking pictures. The breakfast is very cost-effective. Although there are not many varieties, the quality is excellent, which is really worth the money. Whether it is the front desk or the cleaning aunt, they will greet you enthusiastically. They are beautiful and kind without a sense of distance. This feeling of being treated with care really makes people want to stay again and again!

Because we were traveling with our elders, who have the habit of drinking tea, we used a little more mineral water, but every day when we returned to the room, the housekeeper prepared enough for us without us asking for anything, which was really thoughtful. Needless to say, the environment of the hotel, our main focus on this trip was the hotel, we stayed for three days, visited one area a day, and easily walked 10,000 steps a day. Take a walk, see the former residence of the Chairman and the footprints left behind, the elderly like it very much. It's a pity that I still didn't see the cherry blossoms. It was late last year, and it was early this year. I will come again next year!

Very safe and beautiful! Hotel rooms are from the 26th floor, the view is open, the breakfast floor is on the 25th floor, it feels elegant! The room is wide, the large window is novel and designed, the TV is also large, there are double chairs, small tables, and snacks are very comfortable! The shower room is wide, and the rainfall and shower can be used at the same time, which is very rare! The sink is also very large, you can put skin care products and hairdressers as you like. Slippers are thick, the room private fixture is rounded, feel careful! The mini bar drink included in the reservation is carefully preset without sugar, let alone not enough to add, love! I booked a designated silk bed and bed room. I really slept until dawn. I was not afraid to travel alone. Because the room was too cute, the atmosphere lights at night were warm and not too bright to prevent sleeping! The pillow also defaults to two hardnesses, which is very suitable for me ～ The curtains in the room are automatically opened by the button, which is very intelligent! Free TV also includes foreign movies, entertainment rich! The staff is polite and comfortable! The lobby is beautiful, and there are many boxes, so that waiting for the car and waiting for people are more private! It is rare in China to see such a convenient hotel, haha, especially the cherry blossom season fortress car a few hours to the cherry blossom attractions, here is a few yuan subway!  The breakfast floor is also beautiful, with many styles, but the taste is slightly considered to have room for improvement, such as basic poppy rice can not be too hard and unripe is common sense. 😂 Feeling that Western desserts and baking are weak, it is recommended to create more Wuhan Chinese dishes to promote Chinese and Chu cuisine! Juice is delicious, others such as cheese, eggs, special butter chicken are delicious! In terms of hygiene, the aunt of the noodle stall sneezed and pulled the opening cover to spray backwards. But no matter the goodwill of the hotel, I hope to try other orange crystal hotels next time, and I will also push my friends, and I have to continue to work hard!

Family travel, very close to the Yellow Crane Tower, convenient for travel. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are very complete, and the bathroom is reasonably separated into dry and wet areas.

Very considerate guest room and very warm front desk!! I bought some frozen food and the front desk was very considerate to help me find a freezer to freeze it. When I took it back to the hotel and needed to heat up the food, I asked for help from Xiaoyu at the front desk and she responded promptly. After a busy day, I came back to the room and saw that the room was not only cleaned up, but also thoughtfully prepared small surprises according to our habits. I was really happy. It was a very pleasant experience. This is the second time I come here. I will choose here next time.
