Convenient location and excellent services. It is situated beside the street with stylish cafes and restaurants.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

I spent 4 nights at the Starry Garden Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The included breakfast was tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Wuhan.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

Impeccable stay An unique germ that raised the luxury boutique hotel market in Wuhan to new heights. Design - the amount of sophisticated details in the hotel are countless. The blue and gold colour combination, exquisite. The flow of black and white in small scale accessories, elegant. Marble, velvet, crystal, it isn’t simple to orchestrate all elements to one repertoire that sing well together. Rooms - spacious suite, wooden floor and doors, nothing but timeless styles, Nespresso coffee machines, quite common nowadays, but combined with LEGLE porcelain chinaware, and again, in blue white and gold. DeLonghi kettle - matt black, Marshall speaker - matt black, Dyson hairdryer - matt black. Other luxury hotels too offer similar, but it’s how much attention to details were given to the co-ordination of these products. And not to forget the VOSS water in the room, not just 2 bottles, but 6 or more, accompanied by thick ceramic coasters with the interior look of the hotel engraved on them - small touch brings big difference. The room screams class, quality and generosity in the amenities they choose to put on offer, well done. Service - always remember, employee is an exhibition and extension of the brand. And the service were warm, genuine and non-transactional, which was a key highlight. Nothing was too much of an ask, and they went above and beyond to meet requests. The small downside was probably the noise from the streets due the sound proofing of heritage buildings. However it was neglect-able given every other wins this hotel has. The management team and the owners of the hotel should read this feedback, you have created something exceptional and executed to excellence, you show be very proud to showcase this to the rest of the world. The Shangri-la’s and Ritz Carlton’s, come learn a thing or 2 from this. Next challenge? Don’t give up quality over costs in future. We look forward to seeing the above sustained upon our next return to the Banov’s.

Location: About 10min walk from the main jianghan pedestrian street. Very close to to top class spa if need massage after a long tiring day Facilities: As newly opened, facilities are new. Surprisingly, it comes with free washing machine and dryer at #5. Food: Couple of local food options around the hotel for quick bites. If walk for 5min, there is a food street and ”Da Pai Dang” behind the hotel Service: The lady reception manager with black suit is very customer centric, always providing patience and advisory from questions asked. She There is a customer service manager (grey suit) whom pro-actively asked for feedback and improvement. She also offered free coffee to us after understanding some positive feedback on facility improvement. Overall: Very satisfied with the consistent service and professionalism by Wanda

The place is really awesome in all the aspects. I regret why I haven't stayed longer. - Centered location near all the attractions in Wuhan ( Hankou Wuchang, Hangyang). - The building itself is a piece of art, I am a big fan or the republican style in China, I loved their furniture and decoration. - The stuff, very professional and helpful. The most hospitable crew that I have experienced - The room is very clean, fully equipped with the services you need. - The breakfast is yummy, it contains all Wuhan traditional food plus a lot lf extra stuff. - Prices are reasonable and even cheap compared to what you get I highly recommend staying there, and I will re do it for sure. Awesome team

The ethos hotel is a great choice if you're planning a trip to wuhan! The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the ”Bund” area of wuhan. We spent two days walking around that area but barely scratched the surface. The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable, albeit fairly small with a bit of a 'wasted' tiny balcony area and a tiny bathroom. The breakfast was fairly limited in choices but there are some classic wuhan breakfast options on offer so you can get your fix of reganmian or doupi if you want. The options were limited but they were quite tasty and fresh. There is a laundry room and a gym, there's supposed to be an outer deck, but it seemed to be closed when we tried to go outside, a bit of a shame because we wanted to see the view. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to

Service: Suitable for five stars. The front desk girl Luo is very enthusiastic. The lady in the breakfast room and the cleaning lady in the corridor are also warm and friendly. Environment: We seem to have upgraded the room because of points or membership. The 27th floor is a ladies' floor (or I forgot what it was called). In fact, it is not only for girls to stay, but the layout inside is friendly to girls. There are special hygiene products, curling irons 🈶 and Barbie pink robes. The room is very comfortable.

A great hotel! It is very close to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street and Xian'anfang, and the traffic is very convenient; the hotel is quiet and hygienic, and the environment is very good. Booked twin rooms, each bed has 1.5 meters, living very comfortable; several young ladies at the front desk are also very friendly! Later, Wuhan will still give priority to choosing!
