酒店交通出行方便，前台服務人員態度不錯，辦理住宿手續速度很快。房間大小適中，衞生乾淨整潔，床墊軟硬適中，房間隔音效果很好，晚上睡眠安靜。酒店附贈小禮品有點小意外。另外酒店的早餐品種豐富。

給家人預訂酒店由於小插曲提前加了工作人員小榮的微信，服務很好，不僅把房間安排妥當，細心又周到，讓人心裏暖暖的。這家酒店的位置更是沒話説——緊挨着黃鶴樓和長江大橋，抬腳就能走到，去地鐵站也不過幾步路。不管是想登樓遠眺，還是乘地鐵去逛遍武漢的角角落落，都方便得很。更讓人感動的是打掃衞生的阿姨，早上出門時隨手扔在床上的衣服，回來竟被疊得方方正正擺在床頭，那股子貼心勁兒，就像家裡人在照料一樣。這樣的好地方，下次帶家人來武漢，肯定還選這兒。
