在網上看見這家酒店，抱着試一試的心態，沒想到出齊的好，特別貼心，還準備了有耳塞和眼罩，還有一些洗面奶和刮鬍刀都有準備，房間裏還有一個負氧離子蛋，晚上睡覺開着，蠻舒服的，不得不説這家酒店真的挺不錯的，值得五星評價

在這家酒店住了好幾天了，體驗感非常好的，前台的小姐姐和小哥服務都蠻好，晚上住在這種有森林氧吧蛋的房間裏面睡覺都感覺特別香甜，很值得推薦的，下次來還會住這裏，門店交通都特別便利，公交車站和地鐵站都在這邊，去哪裡都近，江漢路和古德寺都滿近，很值得推薦[強][強]

很喜歡這家酒店，樓下就是公交車站，出行很方便。酒店也離漢口火車站特別近，早上趕火車也來得及。房間裏很乾凈，晚上還有免費的宵夜 還要免費的送洗服務。房間還有一個空氣凈化器，外型想像一個蛋 好像是叫森林氧吧。可以幫房間凈化空氣特別高科技

前台服務很到位，説話也客氣，客人需要什麼他們會馬上處理客人需要的東西，並且還會問客人住的舒服嘛問這個房間滿意嗎，如果不滿意可以馬上和前台溝通然後馬上幫你處理。另外這個酒店還有客氣凈化器（森林氧吧），空氣很清新

原本我入住貴酒店，初印象堪稱完美，無論是精美的裝潢，還是舒適的設施，都讓我對此次住宿滿懷期待，以至於當即決定續住兩晚。然而，隨後的入住經歷卻讓人大失所望，美好的初印象被兩件事徹底打破。
首先是中央空調的問題。房間配備的中央空調，其温度調節功能遙控器如同擺設。下午休息時，我竟被悶熱的室温直接熱醒，即便反覆調試，室內温度始終維持在25度，酷熱難耐。向客服反映後，維修師傅前來處理，但其給出的理由竟是房間沒有窗户，暗示這是正常現象。我不禁想問，若房間有窗户，在這炎炎夏日，以如此不給力的空調製冷效果，加上武漢的高温，豈不是要將住客熱到難以忍受？可即便沒有窗户，付費入住的客人也理應享受到舒適的温度環境，這是最基本的住宿需求。更糟糕的是，今早我再次被熱醒，連續兩次被熱醒的經歷，嚴重影響了我的休息和後續行程安排，這才是我最終想要寫評價的原因之一
其次，酒店的隔音問題令人堪憂。房間的隔音效果極差，走廊裏的講話聲、開關門聲清晰可聞，尤其是開關門時那“砰砰”的巨響，彷彿就在耳邊。昨晚，我更是被隔壁觀看球賽的嘈雜聲從睡夢中硬生生吵醒，無奈之下向客服反饋。儘管客服迅速上樓處理，並送來了眼罩和耳塞，但這並不能掩蓋酒店在設計和裝修上的缺陷。我選擇這家離景區稍遠的酒店，本就是希望能有一個安靜的休息環境，然而事與願違，如此糟糕的隔音效果讓我根本無法睡個好覺。
酒店客服在處理問題時的態度值得肯定，但這些硬件設施和設計上的問題才是關鍵所在。良好的服務固然重要，但無法彌補硬件缺陷給客人帶來的糟糕體驗。我此次的入住體驗已被嚴重破壞。
