While preserving the historical style, it revitalizes the outstanding style of the landmark building "Hundred Year BaGongFangZi" in the historical and cultural area of Wuhan, bringing a boutique hotel that explores historical and cultural features to the city - Hotel Banov Townscape Wuhan.
The hotel has a total of 45 guest rooms, mainly featuring unique suites. Hotel Banov, which emphasizes exploration and innovation, will be equipped with The Tea Route Exhibition Gallery, which focuses on the Panoff Brothers and BaGongFangZi, and tells the story of the Tea Route by scientific and technological means, as well as the new casual dining brand Le Marchand, which is jointly created with Michelin-starred chef Stefan Stiller. Its French meaning of "merchant" is intended to connect with the Russian tea merchant Panoff, the builder of BaGongFangZi. While paying homage to the past business era, it implies the intersection of eastern and western cultures, and refresh the city memory. 先説優點：酒店很美，西式早餐好吃，前台人員的服務也不錯，但我們的房型（最基礎）的設計不是特別合理：可以看到圖6，開關距離離床過遠，需要下床才可以夠到，房間也少了一個舒服的雙人沙發，阿姨的素質有待提高，可以看到圖5給了我們洗髮水而不是護膚乳/擦手霜，房卡套也給了我們一個有污漬的。
我們與酒店溝通了我們遇到的問題，很誠懇的與我們道歉，也給了我們滿意的補救措施，希望下次再來能看到巴公邸更好。

大家常説，武漢是豪華酒店的荒漠，幾家老牌酒店似乎怎麼選擇都千篇一律，循規蹈矩的模式衹能説無功無過，而這家風貌巴公邸徹底打破了傳統豪華酒店的思維模式，為武漢的旅遊行業做出了里程碑式的貢獻。
離開酒店前思緒萬千，酒店帶來的驚喜令我和伴侶都對這次武漢之行做出了極高的評價，但作為一家開業的不久的新貴，確實也存在一些問題也為我們帶來了一些小小的困擾。
酒店由老建築巴公房子改造，位於黎黃陂路黃金地段，附近交通便利，步行至各處餐廳和打卡點都十分便利。步入酒店彷彿與時光緊緊擁抱，被帶回到一百多年前，為確保酒店歷史性和藝術性的完美呈現，設計團隊十年磨一劍，最終得到許多遊客認可，成為網紅打卡點。酒店贈送的保元風雲門票觀演內容也十分精彩，愛國主題的沉浸式互動演繹着實牽動了每一個國人的心，演員出色的表演讓人潸然淚下，對小朋友賦有很高的教育意義 。
入住前與酒店溝通，因特殊紀念日對房間進行了免費的升級，後因對房間不同外景的要求，在酒店工作人員的推薦下入住到了心儀的房間，選擇房間期間工作人員耐心的服務態度令我當即決定進行續住 。房間在入住期間在晚上五點半後會為客人送一份喜歡的香薰，但是第一天晚上直到深夜也沒有收到，但後續致電前台進行了及時補充。歡迎水果送到房間時工作人員弄掉了一顆，馬上表示為我們重新配送，後續我們在房間等了一會沒有送。酒店甄選套房的智能馬桶在識別到長時間未使用後，自動關閉的聲音很大，並且在使用後手動關閉也會重新進行一次自動開關，對於愛起夜的小夥伴可能會帶來一些煩惱。夜床的地巾質感不是太好，容易發生位移的情況，希望酒店可以考慮更換。
早餐為自助點單制，菜單為巴公小酒館的零點菜單，上面標註部分菜品的價格極容易讓客人產生困擾，一位帶孩子的男士在點單時猶豫了別的菜品最後衹點了白粥油條之類，建議重新印刷菜品後不標註價格的版本，或是在點單前告知菜品均為免費點單制。在用餐過程中點的一份煎蛋沒有告知為固定菜單，所以上菜時多出的菜品讓我誤以為下錯訂單了。（套餐內部分菜品有些過敏，最終產生了浪費）部分菜品上菜比較慢，希望對此進行一下改進。酒店的花園餐廳和頂樓酒吧還未完善暫未開放，略有遺憾。
巴公邸這座“活起來”的建築，已然煥發新生，有不足是新酒店的常態，部分問題也不是酒店的刻意而為，希望下次在櫻花之季重回武漢可以看到精進不休的巴公邸酒店，希望大家在選擇時對巴公邸有一份信任，這份獨特的入住體驗一定會讓你念念不忘！

房間minibar有免費的軟飲和啤酒，膠囊咖啡機，浴室配備的戴森吹風機，智能馬桶，房間暖氣也超級熱，可以在前台選擇自己偏好的枕頭，性價比高，管家sally benson服務熱情周到，耐心介紹了酒店的建築歷史及武漢的景點，小吃，這次出行很完美！

新開張的酒店，室內設施非常乾淨，服務人員周到熱情。提供各種材質的枕頭任選，還有開夜床的香氛很好聞，膠囊咖啡機，小冰箱都很好。早餐是點餐制，品種較少，但是品質和口味不錯。酒店本身就是網紅打卡地，周圍有黎黃陂路步行街，餐飲便利。

進入酒店讓人眼前一亮，哇真是太漂亮了，真是選對了酒店。風貌巴公邸酒店把古典與現代完美的結合在了一起，酒店每一個角落都顯示出了設計者對巴公房子的熱愛。
入住房間後熱情的工作人員送來了水果和甜品（巧克力太好吃了），房間住着非常的舒服，非常滿的意。
酒店的餐廳佈置的也很漂亮，早餐很精緻，牛肉麪真好吃，咖啡特別的絲滑。總之非常的滿意。
在此感謝酒店的工作人員熱情的接待和周到的服務。讓我們在這裏度過了美好的一天。等天氣暖和了相信酒店會更漂亮。

酒店地理位置非常優越，是武漢的地標性建築，酒店的服務也非常用心，尤其是賓客服務經理Benson，全程幫助我們辦理入住後送到房間，並幫我們介紹酒店周邊及武漢市區的著名景點，非常熱情；後續入住期間Sally的服務也非常周到。房間內部寬敞整潔，入住期間體驗很好，酒店周圍非常有煙火氣，下次來武漢還會選擇這裏
