"Sadly not great communication. Don’t know if they’re email address or number needs updating but I emailed several time over a couple weeks and only recieved a reply a couple days before my booking. The room was lovely though, ideal for what we needed, only complaint was there was a 20cm round mirror only. We were going to a wedding so something a little bigger would have been really useful! Would recommend to others for a night or 2 stay"

"Totally ticks all of the boxes for what I wanted from the stay after a very busy working Bank Holiday weekend. Check-in was promptly started at 3pm as advised on all comms and the limited parking tip about arriving early was much appreciated. I was early for check-in but that is no problem when you have a free car park instead. Check-in was friendly and genuine. Room was airy and comfortable with all you need for a one night stay. Located in the basement, the restaurant area was smart and well presented with a great buffet range. Sharon was cheerful and friendly despite the early hour and very helpful with my query. Will be back for sure - and I’ve not mentioned the gorgeous seafront location!"

"My daughter and I stayed for just one night, but we look forward to going back. Fantastic location, just a very short walk to the beach. We had a nice stroll after dinner, and found it to be clean and well kept. Staff were all absolutely wonderful and couldn't be more helpful and friendly, which added to the lovely atmosphere. We had a twin room, which was spotlessly clean, a great size and very comfortable ... air conditioning was a very welcome bonus! Breakfast was delicious, full English, and continental, which was fresh and well presented. Really can't praise the place enough!"
