We chose Maryhill because of its proximity to Waterloo and Elmira. Lovely Victorian era home that once served as a rest stop for stage coaches. The new owners have put a lot of time and effort to restore it and it shows. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Chester, their dog, was a wonderful greeter and kept us entertained during breakfast. Yummy french toast and bacon with local maple syrup. Wish we could have stayed longer or been able to enjoy the outdoor patio in warmer weather!

Best two days of relaxation. Kimmie and James are the perfect hosts. They cater to your every need. We had the Rose room, romantic with its claw foot tub. Breakfast was all homemade and delicious. We recommend this historic Bed and Breakfast for a relaxing time. Close to all amenities. Thank you, Kimmie and James. We will be back again when we are back in Ontario.

Kimmie and James were fabulous hosts. They catered our ever need, to the point of also make the best lasagna, Caesar salad, garlic bread dinner for our group of 8. After a 60km bicycle ride that day we were welcomed into their beautifully decorated Inn with very comfortable beds. They were the perfect hosts! Thank you for making us feel at home.

We needed a stopover travelling through Ontario and stayed here. What a treat! This is an inn with history going back a century and a half, now modernised to a very high standard. The room very spacious and comfortable, excellent amenities, and a tasty cooked breakfast. Strongly recommend this B and B.
