The bedroom was great, but the meal services were poor. I could tell the kitchen team were really struggling. There were only three waitresses at dinner and one kept popping out to do reception. (They messed up my friends' booking too, but they can tell that story.) At breakfast many items ran out and the staff again looked overworked. There were no knives, only forks and spoons. I know it was Grand National weekend and the school holidays, but these things are not bolts from the blue. They were announced in advance so "Tertiary Inn" could have made plans in advance.
