The room was nice and warm, the bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. We had a quick bite to eat in the evening which was good and breakfast in the morning was great: all items of the Full English buffet were hot and well topped up, big choice on the continental breakfast too. You can't ask for much more!

We stayed here while attending a family event . The room was immaculate, extra pillows provided upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful nothing was a bother to them . We enjoyed breakfast both morn and evening meal on our last night . The food was very good , served in a timely manner and the staff were again excellent. We had a comfortable nights sleep both nights and would definitely use this hotel again

We stayed here as an overnight stopover to break up a long journ. It was perfect for us, very close to the motorway yet with the windows shut you wouldn't know. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You can restock the teas and coffees and the food is great. There's also plenty of parking. The staff were absolutely brilliant and very friendly. They are however over worked, with 3 staff covering the restaurant and main desk. My advice is to avoid peak times for the restaurant. As it was a flying visit I cant talk much to the local area but there's a nice walk along the Mersey close to the hotel. And crucially if you need to top up on petrol there is a relatively cheap one 2 minutes down the road (unexpectedly cheap given its proximity to the motorway)

The bedroom was great, but the meal services were poor. I could tell the kitchen team were really struggling. There were only three waitresses at dinner and one kept popping out to do reception. (They messed up my friends' booking too, but they can tell that story.) At breakfast many items ran out and the staff again looked overworked. There were no knives, only forks and spoons. I know it was Grand National weekend and the school holidays, but these things are not bolts from the blue. They were announced in advance so "Tertiary Inn" could have made plans in advance.

Had a wonderful stay here. Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Room was clean and airy. We had a deal where the evening meal ( 2 course and 1 drink) and breakfast were in the price. Food was fab. Staff were helpful and friendly. Wr will definitely be staying again.

Literally a couple of minutes off the M6, so it couldn't be better as a convenient overnight stop off. Was also very quiet considering the location. Staff friendly and welcoming on arrival and the room was the usual Premier Inn standard, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Would definitely stay here again.

I stay regularly with work and always have a positive experience. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and the manager is always accommodating with specific rooms to fit me working nights. would recommend. *****

I've stayed at Warrington Premier Inn once before. Well run, clean and friendly staff. Would recommend. There's not a lot of choice locally for food but the restaurant menu was adequate and reasonably priced for nice food. The staff were always courteous and helpful.
