Don't be surprised to see seals basking on the rocks off the point on a sunny day!There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are within walking distance of the property so allow yourself lots of time to relax and enjoy the local area. The building itself is located on a quiet hill and set back from the main village, so you can ensure your stay will be tranquil and relaxing. Beautiful 2 bedroom house on the border of Woolacombe / Mortehoe. Southerly facing, looking out over 3 different beaches to the south and Lundy Island to the west. Previously the end of a popular hotel this house is wonderfully sunny and bright without being hot. The bedrooms are all downstairs and open out onto a sunny patio with beach view. The upper balcony has the same view, extending out from the living area, making a great spot to watch the amazing sunsets with a cool drink! Linen, big white fluffy towels and beach towels are included, along with a welcome pack of food and wine. In easy reach of beaches, coastal walks, local bars & restaurants, this fresh, light and modern house makes a superb holiday property providing comfort, luxury and practicality whilst enjoying one of the best locations in the surrounding area. We are a totally "pet free" house so please don't ask to bring one, well behaved or otherwise.
