old hotel, need to be clean more

Pictures posted online do not do this hotel justice. I walked into my room to the smell of mold, a huge gaps between the door and the outside hallway, dated appearance especially bathroom. Things are falling apart in this room. Cost was a little over $100 but I should have gone someplace else.

My daughter got Covid and was terribly sick the night before we were due to check in. Needless to say, I had to cancel our reservation. I requested a refunded due to the unforeseen circumstances and it was denied. A little hospitality and understanding would have been appreciated. I travel to the area frequently, and will not be booking here again.

Bed bugs in room 321. They changed my room but I couldn't sleep for thinking there were bugs everywhere. Then when I woke up there was another bug on the bathroom door and a moth flying around. I won't be back ever!

This hotel is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, the hotel staff very friendly, the room for 5 people was very good, except for the sofa, it smelled musty, but it was not a problem for us because we slept in the beds.

This was my first and last stay here. The staff was friendly, that’s the positive
The hotel needs updating and a serious deep cleaning.
Upon entering my room, I found potato chips on the carpeting, the tub had grime, hair and soap scum in it, the bathroom vanity was constructed of plywood, the hairdryer was dirty and cracked, and my list could go on. Outside my room was an entryway to I’m guessing a storage room but it was strewn with random pieces of furniture. What an eyesore! For the price I paid, it sure wasn’t worth it. Stay elsewhere.
