Pros: quick check in, comfy bed, spacious room, friendly reception staff.
Cons: room was a little tired and in need of a deep clean and a lick of paint. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming in terms of options. Room had a little patio however not a very inviting view!

A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot
The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.

On arrival reception was efficient but not overly friendly. We had a pleasant room overlooking the well kept golf course. Cleanliness in the room was good but a little extra attention in the bathroom needed; dirt around plughole, shower hinges and darkened grout around the bath. Food and service was very good. We had been advised the day before that due to a technical fault the swimming pool was closed, but were given a bottle of wine and free access to the thermal spa which was very generous. Spa was great as was the back massage from Molly. We enjoyed the 2 mile walk around the golf course. We had a relaxing stay and look forward to going again.

hotel is outdated, needs modernizing and deep cleaning. The swimming pool was unavailable for our trip and the sauna and steam room with jacuzzi definitely isn't a spa. can't book any treatments onsite only online and the Wi-Fi was terrible.
Breakfast was very good, just not big enough area for all the guests and food wasn't replenished quick enough

This property has lovely surroundings, peaceful and calm. Hotel was lovely and clean overlooking the golf course. Staff were friendly & efficient, maybe could benefit from extra bar staff on a weekend from extra flow of traffic from people staying in hotel along with popular golfing groups.
Only down side was the pool was broken so not able use which was very disappointing sadly the issue was not fixed from the Thursday -Sunday .
Over all a great place to stay . We will definitely visit again ! Thank you to all the staff who looked after us xx

Unfortunately, we could not find what we were looking for at the hotel where we went to have a good time with our children during the school holidays. The only reason we chose this hotel was that it had a pool and spa. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they said that the pool and Spa were closed and the problem would be resolved the next day. However, the problem was not resolved the next day and they stated that the problem would be resolved in the evening. Even though we expressed our complaint again each time, they kept us busy, saying that it would be resolved the next day again and again. We discussed the issue with the reception but could not reach a conclusion. Since our child is 9 years old, she was not normally allowed to enter the GYM area or Jacuzzi. Therefore, we could not do anything during the holiday and had a very boring holiday. Unfortunately, we had no alternative but to leave the hotel every day and visit the surrounding villages. As far as we learned later, the pool was closed on the Friday before we entered the hotel. The hotel should have informed us of this in advance, but unfortunately it did not. If they had notified us, we could have canceled our holiday.
