Uncomfortable, impersonal and badly designed This was supposed to be a double-room, but totally unsuitable, and would have been almost bearable as a single-room. The bed was in a corner, accessible only from one side, with a mattress-cover covered in bobbles - deeply uncomfortable. The layout and furniture must have been designed and chosen by the intern, with no-one checking the result.
