因酒店位置方便，連續住了四晚. 兩床房，職員友善，但通知清潔房間時沒有做到，有點失望！房間沒有雪櫃，有點不方便！

Very nice hotel, the staff were amazing and all so lovely couldn’t fault them at all. Hotel is great location and bedroom so comfy, some maintenance issues I think need addressing but that’s to be expected in a big site like this, all round great

Great location and staff were really nice, it’s a good spot for a hotel and honestly not bad as town centre premier inns go, rooms were nice and everything was as you’d expect. Definitely a spot to visit if I’m in Woking and need to stay. Can’t beat the beds

Staff were really lovely, obviously some issues with maintenance as lift was not working and heard of a water issue previously. None affected my stay and you could see staff were doing everything they could, just one of those things that cant be helped

Only 1 lift working. Reception not on the ground floor and the rooms go up 9 floors. No parking. Neither check in kiosks worked. Unfriendly / helpful staff. Only 1 towel for 2 people in the bedroom. Location ideal for train station and shopping centre.
