No contact with staff. The check in machine when we arrived was in full sun and as such very hard to read

False advertising, the room was nothing like the picture on your wot.if sit I want a full refund. I have taken photos of your advertisement and photos of the actual roof where the tiles were coming off black mould in the shower. Russ filth around the toilet. The toilet was dirty inside holes in the wall disgusting

The place was dirty, and the motel has ask for a $100 bond money even though we have already paid for the accommodation and provided credit card details. This is the only motel/hotel that requires a bond.

Poorly renovated. Digital check in only despite regular arrival time. Cramped for family (2 chairs tucked behind table flush against wall. Good pressure and hot water in shower though. Give it a miss if you have options. Over priced for what it is.

When i went to check in there was nobody in reception, all done by electric machine on the outside wall. No one to ask where places were. When i went to use their cups, both were dirty and in the draw. had a few fleas in the room too. I also had to pay $100 security payment. which i don't know if it will be refunded. I will not be using that place again. Pearl Footter

Bathroom blinds were see through. Door lock felt unsecure. Comfortable bed and hot shower.

We had to wait in our car 40 min check in time was 2.00 oclock couldn't get in to 2.40 it was a hot day $100 sercurity deposit still taking to long to be refunded

We had the one bedroom family room. It had everything you needed, and very comfortable. The late check in process was easy and convenient. Highly recommend stopping over!

Checking in was hard because the sun was on the screen so it was difficult to see the screen . The room was old but clean and right outside our door were people smoking at 6.30am so it stunk coming out of the room. Cannot say anything about the staff as we did not see any at all.

Unexpected “security” deposit that still hasn’t been refunded 3 days later. No one onsite staff even at 1700 all is done through a touch screen kiosk. Room was filthy, food crumbs on the floor, bathroom was not clean, room looked worn out like the manager did not care anymore.

I was woken by two young ladies talking and at one time music at 3am in the morning, akked them to quiet to no avail so i left then but forgot to flush loo and could not get back in after depositing key in box

Our front door lock was very loose and had big gaps around it. Toilet made a dripping noise all night and smelt like sewerage. Apart from that room was comfortable for a budget motel

Good cheap motel, the bed was comfortable and not much noise. The only problem we had was that there was a heap of hair in the Shower plug.

My only problem was the door had obviously been kicked in and repaired but definitely not properly.. it looked like it was going to just open if pushed lightly from the outside… it definitely was not safe and kept me awake all night!! Staff lovely room clean but not cool at all on the safety side.
