Booked online after talking to them about the cost for an extra child. No way of adding the child online so was going to pay when got there. They cancelled our booking without any communication and when we found out from ******* they accused us of being dishonest. Rude, unreliable and would avoid at all costs. Recommend the Winton outback motel instead who couldn’t do more for us in our last minutes desperate situation.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this motel. The staff were incredibly nasty and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. The $10 extra cleaning fee, is an absolute joke given the state of the place. The female manager, in particular, was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. Her attitude made an already bad experience even worse. I would never return here again and strongly advise others to stay far away from this place.

Very ordinary service and the $10 extra cleaning bill is a joke. We loved the food but the manager was a self entitled judgmental person who applied a $10 extra cleaning fee for a fingerprint on a mirror. Seriously, if the $180 for a very average room wasn't a big enough gouge, I don't know what is. And then they charged us an extra $10 cleaning fee for something they had zero proof of. I will never stay here again.

Be very careful in booking this motel. I booked via ******* for 3 nights, 5 months ago and had my booking cancelled by motel 1 week before we were to arrive on the excuse that they were overbooked. Turns out they did have vacancies just wanted more money for the booking. No consideration for what this did to my trip. Lady at the tourist bureau said there were issues with this motel as well. Winton is a very friendly town and it’s a shame some operators like to bite the hand that feeds them.

We stayed here as it had an on-site restaurant and was a 15 minute walk into town. We were a little disappointed when we checked in and asked about booking the restaurant to be told they had a bus in and they had booked the whole restaurant. There were a couple of tables for people staying but outside and you would only have a limited menu. This should have been communicated so people staying could make alternate arrangements . Next was the pay TV - it didn't work at all. So we wandered into town for the afternoon.

The complex and rooms are lovely…however…beds aren’t the most comfortable and with the ‘adjoining doors’ between rooms offering no ‘privacy’ from the next room when you hear every single little sound the price is a little steep! Soundproofing needed!

Great people, great position, had a 2 nite stay. BUT, the Bed was the worst & most uncomfortable ever. Virtually no sleep & sore backs. When staying at a motel, it is to 'Sleep' the nite.... Dated Bathroom & only 1 chair in a 3 bed room. Good large under cover car space right outside room a plus.

This motel delivered on everything they advertised. Clean, quiet rooms. Modern, good beds, wiifii that worked. Room service meal was excellent. We moved here from a not very good motel down the street. Yes it cost more but was value for money for an extra $30. Well worth it.

Our room….20…… was clean, quiet and comfortable and a very fair price. We had a queen sized bed with a single also. There is no cooking facilities or sink, but there is a small fridge and a desk and some chairs. There was undercover parking and a small pool and a guest laundry. They have a restaurant for dinners and we had a nice breakfast brought to our room.
