I had a nice time here but not a great time. My toilet had a shrieking noise whenever I flushed it. If I flushed it again or jiggled the handle, it sometimes stopped. The front desk got defensive when I told them about it the next morning, saying I should have called maintenance. I told them it was too late at night to do this, and I just wanted them to know there was a problem that needed to be fixed. The only place for breakfast was a buffet for $16. I just wanted coffee but was told I had to pay for the whole buffet, even for just coffee. I was directed to other places for coffee (they have a Starbucks counter), but when I came back with my coffee to sit with my friends having the buffet, I was told I could not sit with them and had to leave. There were only a few tables taken, so this seemed ridiculously unreasonable. The furniture was nice quality and heavy, but beat up looking.

I booked a room way back in November for 4 nights @ $105.95 per night. Called to cancel one night & they raised our rate to $123.95 per night. When I questioned price difference, gal stated my original booking was $123.95. I stated I had email with confirmed confirmation number showing $105.95. She had no interest in me sending confirmation email. I told her I'd call back to cancel. Called back and canceled within thirty minutes. After reviewing several negative comments including one that was very disturbing, I'm glad we canceled!

Bed bugs. Undeniable except if you work here. Rude staff. The hotel isn’t ADA friendly. The room furnishings were bought at a thrift store. A low class place with insufferable staff. Overpriced too. I’d drive 20 miles to stay somewhere else
