We stay here often, but this visit was a total disaster. This hotel allowed several children to stay unsupervised in a hotel room who screamed, jumped, cried, wrestled, thumped the entire night without an adult present in the room. I complained 4 times. I had to endure rowdy children all night long. They said there were no other rooms available. The manager comped my stay so I thought. I reserved 2 nights. Upon arriving back to the hotel for the 2nd night, I found out I was locked out of my room. I went to find out why I was locked out; the manager stated you have to pay for the night. I found all of my family's belongings stuffed into a pale in the hotel laundry room. My computer had water spilled on it. Luckily my computer still works. The manager said she tried to contact me, yet there were no voicemails nor missed calls. After getting my new room key, I go back to the room only to find out I am locked out again. I called the clerk; she quickly said I was in a new room and hung up in my face. The new room I was assigned was inferior to the previous room. The new room had a broken shower shelf, 2 broken unusable drawers, a drawer filled with food crumbs, inferior and thinner bed linens, a broken computer desk, a broken desk lamp, and a moldy and smelly room. It almost seemed like I was punished for complaining about not being able to sleep due to noisy guests. When I went to address the clerk hanging up on me, the manager yelled behind a wall at the front counter, I am off the clock. I asked for the manager in charge and the clerk who hung up on me, said that she was the manager. I am Not happy with Manager Veronica, not happy with Clerk/manager Quinn hanging up in my face; not happy having my things thrown about as if we were homeless. I am enduring all of this because I complained and the manager allowed more than 4-5 under age children to remain in a hotel room screaming and horse-playing all night long without an adult present in the adjacent room next to me.
