In this case I had billing issues that I wanted resolving. There was no one available with the authority to do that. No manager available over several days. When they were finally available, they had no authority to refund services not given i.e. prepaid meals not taken. I was told to talk to the guest relations and same there, no authority to resolve the issue. What is the point?
