From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I made a good choice. Sandra Rivera greeted me and checked me in immediately. There was an error when I booked my reservation so my reservation was for the previous day. Sandra allowed me to check in. Sandra has a beautiful personality. Extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. This hotel is a hidden gem and the staff are amazing!

Excellent hotel next to the convention center. Clean and our suite even smells nice too. The Bistro however is the best part. They have amazing staff, Lisa and Eve went above and beyond for dinner. Lisa customized my order to perfection (I am very picky) and Eve brought it out exceptionally fast! Try the Cobb salad with crispy chicken you will not be disappointed!

We selected the Hotel because of a planned rafting trip. We were pleased to be away from the hustle and bustle of the Vegas ***** without being too far away. Our stay was complicated because of our extended trip. Lisa,Sandra, and Eve helped us alleviate several small problems with smiles and grace. Vegas is a foodies dream and we were not expecting to eat here. On our return from the Grand Canyon and Zion NP exhausted we were delighted with the quality and quantity of the food and service. We’re thankful to the employees and highly recommend this clean professionally run hotel

Very nice hotel just outside the Vegas *****. Right by the convention center and within 10 minutes from anything on Vegas *****. The rooms are nicely cleaned and organized daily. Staff makes this place a gem from the front desk to the little bistro/coffee place they have. I had to wake up early before the coffe shop was open and staff was kind enough to make me some Starbucks before I left the hotel. Had my last dinner in the hotel -simple chicken ceaser and it was super good. Thank you Lisa, Eve, and Sandra for your service. Looking forward to coming back. ❤️

Courtyard by Marriott Las Vegas is nowhere near the ***** - as wrongly advertised on some booking sites. It is next to the convention centre and is mainly occupied during conventions. Otherwise, as I experienced, it has low occupancy. Rooms are good and serviced every day. Wish they had a buffet breakfast. A limited choice breakfast can be bought a’la carte in the simple canteen-like dining/bar area in front of the reception. Two bottles of drinking water are provided on your first day - and only one thereafter. There is a water dispenser near the reception where you can fill your bottles. Stay here if you are attending a convention. If you want a flavour of Vegas, look elsewhere.

If you are in Vegas, I would recommend this hotel. Front desk staff was personable, helpful and smiled a lot! Lisa and Eve made me feel at home. I stayed at the hotel five days. The staff was courteous. The food was great and I am looking forward to coming back truly amazing staff.

Hotel staff was great! Evelyn, Lisa, Eve and Alisha were all awesome. They made the best of being stuck in Vegas 4 extra days due to flight cancellations. The service was fast even though the hot was full of stranded travelers. I’m happy that this hotel was on the airline’s approved list!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel, and your STAFF is the best and most hospitable caring people in all the Marriott Hotels I have stayed at! When I checked in Sandra was my first contact she was so sweet and professional. I was planning to go out to eat but when I went to Bistro and met Kenia and Lisa I never left the hotel! Lisa, you are such an asset to Marriott, and your warm deminer lights up the HOTEL. THANK YOU for making my business trip so pleasant. I WILL RETURN just to hang out with you guys!! XOXO

My favorite place to stay when on frequent business travel to Las Vegas: the staff is extremely attentive and friendly, and keeps me coming back. During my most recent stay, Lisa and Kenia in the Bistro really went above and beyond - tremendous service!

I spent 3 days at the Courtyard Las Vegas Convention Center and it was terrific. The property was clean and comfortable and there were certain amenities that I really enjoyed. The room had large flat screen that would easily pivot and allowed a very easy and straightforward design to connect a personal device using an HDMI port. All hotels should have this feature but so many are still lacking in this area. Also, the lobby had multiple workstations with electrical outlets and USB ports. While the rooms and amenities were terrific, the hotel associates were even better. Upon arrival in the evening, I was greeted by Adolfo who quickly got me checked in and made sure I had everything I needed. I didn't want to go back out so he offered delivery options which was a nice touch. After going to my room, I returned to the lobby for a drink (or two) where Lisa was working that evening. She was super friendly, attentive and kind. She was truly genuine and made me feel very comfortable along with her colleague Kenia who was also fantastic. Adolfo soon came over to the restaurant and all 3 of the team members worked well to attend to the needs of all guests. Since the staff made me feel so welcome, I returned a couple of times while I was in Vegas. After checking out, I stayed at their sister property next door due to issues at the airport. Although I was no longer staying there, I returned to the Courtyard restaurant because of Lisa, Kenia and Adolfo. I won a small gift from one of the local casinos while I was in town and I was unable to pack it safely to travel home. Based on our conversations, I immediately thought that this is something Lisa might enjoy so I dropped it off at the front desk so they could give it to her when she returned to work. I think it says a lot about the staff and how welcome they made me feel. I wish I could remember and mention all the team members by name because everyone was great. However, the associates mentioned here truly stood out and made my stay a great one. Kudos to the entire staff.
