My room had BED BUGS or another biting insect. I woke up in the morning of July 14th with bites all over my lower torso. I took pictures and sent them to management. They said their was nothing that they could do. An exterminator came in 6 days after the incident and said there was nothing. I should of known that this was not the place to stay when there were no cars in the parking lot on the Saturday afternoon when I got there and only a handful of cars when I left at 6:00 am. DO NOT STAY HERE

Easy access off interstate 64 the room itself was very clean bathroom was also room has nice wood floors bathroom nice marble type sink bed was comfy had microwave and fridge / coffee was only available in lobby there is no type of breakfast here had vending machines had laundry room they ask upfront if your allergic to animals since it’s pet friendly carpet in hallways need updated staff very nice otherwise no issues price was very affordable

My two large lassie collies and I felt so safe and welcome that we ended up stayed two weeks. (I was location/house shopping). It's the best 2star around. Dogs were free, rate was very affordable and the crew (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance up to management, day and night shifts) were all so hospitable and helpful and super dog friendly. I will definitely return to the Red Roof Inn in Winchester Ky! Note re dogs - rules vary. One allowed only one dog, one weighing no more than 40#, another weighing up to 80#, one had a fee but with joining rest should be free (there). Check first. This hotel, free, period. Very appreciated.
