LOCATION Located just off the Cape Fear River in downtown Wilmington, this condo has a prime location for exploring the best of the city on foot. Wrightsville Beach is an easy 20-minute drive. Local attractions include the Burgwin-Wright Museum and Gardens, Thalian Hall, the Brooklyn Arts Center, the Bellamy Mansion Museum, and the Cape Fear Museum of History and Science. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking Notes: There is no on-site parking at this building. There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building, a paid parking deck 2 blocks away on 2nd Street directly up the hill, and another on the corner of 2nd and Market ($10 per 24 hours). Metered parking ($1.50 per hour) around the building is also available on Princess, Chestnut, Front, and Water streets from 9am to 6:30pm. (Street parking is free on Sundays and overnight.)
