Ulasan Sandman Hotel & Suites Williams Lake

Staff were absolutely incredible. The properly was cosmetically renovated but sinks and tubs were damaged and leaking. We were there for a night. We would go back for the excellent service

The Sandman hotel in Williams Lake is my go to hotel whenever I am in Williams Lake. I also like that I can have a fabulous breakfast on property at Denny's. I will return many times in the future.

Staff were very efficient and friendly at front desk. Room is clean, comfortable and warm. Good value.

Me and my family did not enjoy our stay here-- the room smelt of moldy carpet and smelt/looked its age. The pool I was told was heated and the whole reason I booked here, was ICE cold all 3 days-- none of us could go in it. The entire pool bay was freezing. Was told we would be given a discount at checkout and was not. Check out employee was not helpful.

Front desk lady was nice. Difficult parking. Off the beaten track. Old place that needs renovation updates.

The room I stayed in needed some TLC. The shower handle came off, the shower head leaks and sprays water on the wall then onto the floor. The ceiling in the bathroom was coming apart. The fan worked, but sounded like a jet engine when it wasn’t squealing. The fabric on the bottom of the chair was all ripped and falling to the floor for some reason. Other than that, everything else was fine.

They front desk was very pleasent. Tracie made sure we had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Quiet .

I was happy with my stay:) They are very helpful and try their best to fulfill your requests. I wasn’t able to leave a review for their newest member Tracy but she was awesome. Very informative. Thank you. Will be coming back sometime.

Room smelt like cigarettes . Beds were like canoes. Not the friendliest people hanging around the hotel and hallways. Hair in the shower. Would not stay here again . Thanks

Stayed here after an 8 hour drive. Good place to stay. Check-in was fast and staff was very nice and attentive. I could definitely come back. However, the hallway could use some cleaning. Other than that, nice place.

We were checked in by Tracy. Very friendly and helpful. She gave us a room on the ground floor to facilitate my wife's bad knee. We really appreciated this. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again.

We couldnt access the pool with my son because he is in a wheel chair. They have no ground floor rooms either so i had to carry him up/in to our room. The pool was very dirty and there was garbage scattered although out the hallways.
