I booked this hotel online through the app Trip.com. When accessing the pet policies, it lists the fee of $15 per pet per day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told that the fee was $20, I said that when I booked the room online the price listed was $15. She pointed to the sign in the office that read pet fee $20. Their cancellation policy for this booking on my confirmation is “This booking cannot be modified, and no refund will be given if you cancel it.” So now I’m stuck, I can’t cancel and it irritates me that I have to pay a fee at all.
