What a wonderful place! I was there last weekend for my daughter’s hen party and it really exceeded all expectations. We had a cookery lesson and with Kathrine's expert help produced a fabulous dinner for us all to enjoy. One of the party is vegan and another has allergies and Kathrine went above and beyond to make their dining experience absolutely wonderful. The accommodation was beautiful and breakfast was great. The setting is stunning (helped by a gorgeous sunny day) Ballyknocken has a fabulous team who couldn’t do enough for you and I can’t wait to go again!

Wonderful welcome to a quiet corner of paradise. Chef teaching cookery skills with fresh ingredients from her garden. Open fire in the b&b and great homemade fresh breakfast Well worth a visit, bring a good book. The barn out back would make a great casual wedding or event venue with a twist

Our tou had a delightful dinner at BALLYKNOCKEN HOUSE hosted by Catherine Fulvio, the ultimate hostess! Catherine is a great storyteller, engaging, funny, and accomplished chef! The setting is idyllic, beautiful pastures surrounds the property. Inside the house is welcoming and the food is DELICIOUS!!!

We had the honor of spending an afternoon with Catherine and her wonderful team this past weekend for a Hen party. We had a wonderful experience, making top class food and gaining tips throughout. We were lucky enough to have glorious sun so we could appreciate the slice of heaven that has been beautifully nestled in to the Wicklow countryside. Honestly I did not want to leave. I would highly recommend for any group to go and experience this amazing place. Thank you to Catherine and her fabulous team of ladies.

We all had a great cookery school experience. Highly recommended. Lots of fun while learning to how to cook great dishes. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in company with Catherine's team. Plenty of space to wonder in green fields while enjoying eating the fruits of our newly learnt culinary skills thanks to Catherine and her team.

Wow...had the most amazing farm fresh dinner at the farm!! From soup to dessert it was perfection! The farm and dining room-beautiful. Serving staff were super efficient and Catherine herself met us in the parking lot, then came and explained the sourcing of the meal. She gave a great tutorial on Irish cooking and history of the farm, and came to parking lot to thank us for coming as we left. A wonderful experience!!

We were on a Viking Cruise and did the cooking school but also took a tour of the House as well as the lovely gardens about. It was gorgeous and when we go back we will definitely stay here. Catherine the hostess is amazing and has done such a fantastic job with the place. The garden is amazing.
