Great spot. Comfortable. All the mod cons. Nothing flash but had everything you could need... Sky TV, easily accessible TV to plug in laptop if needed, super comfortable bed, very quiet. Definitely my go to place from now on. Accessible to city. Spa wasn't the warmest, so didn't use it. And was pretty tired from working so never asked reception to open up the sauna for me. Next time maybe.

We stayed 29thApril. This has been so far the absolute best place we have stayed so far in our 12 days of a 22 day stay in the North Island which we commenced in Auckland. Very very clean, very roomy, excellent friendly managers (I think they were the owners). I have a very very high standard when it comes to cleanliness and this place was right up there. I check behind curtains, the back of lounges, under the bed as well as the usual bathroom checks etc. The only thing I can fault is that there was no full lenght mirror but I am not letting that take away from 5 stars...but owners please take note. Highly recommend...but just check there is not a footy game on as it is next to the stadium unless you are going to the game....heaven for you Loved our stay here. Highly highly recommend

Booked this motel from the UK direct with the hosts rather than through a booking site. Welcome was good. Room very clean and spacious. Didn't use the pool but did use the tennis court facility at the local venue on the road opposite which was a perk of the facility. Parking off road. Close to a supermarket and walkable into town and even Hamilton Gardens if you are not time restricted - lovely river walk to get there. Opposite the rugby stadium and close to the cricket oval. We so enjoyed our stay that we booked a further night on our return travel before our flight home.

Everything was pretty good, bathroom had a spa bath, there was a plunge pool , sauna and spa aswell. The team running the place were helpful and friendly. Up here for basically a fortnight, no issues whatsoever would stay here again if i came back to Hamilton.

Park View Motor Lodge is an absolute delight! Incredibly soft bed that is an absolute joy and so easy to sleep on. Spacious room, spa bath, lovely kitchenette, free wifi, tv, good lighting, car park outside your door, lovely staff and house keeping, and just overall comfort. Would happily go back there and was almost crying when leaving. Would love to take it with me. Superb!

This hotel is absolutely faultless! Amazing customer service, spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds and a well equipped room with full kitchen facilities. A spa in our room was such a bonus! We didn’t try the heated pool but it looked very inviting. Great, free car parking onsite. Located directly opposite FMG Stadium. Restaurants/eateries are a short drive rather than walking distance, but the hotel has delivery/charge back arrangements with several restaurants so between that and the awesome kitchen set up you could definitely enjoy a quiet dinner in. My new favourite hotel in Hamilton. We will definitely be back.

Great stay, had a family suite & it was ideal. Nice & cosy, small kitchenette, spa bath was great & the pressure was good on the shower. Really chatty hosts, and if in Hamilton, would definitely stay again.

What an amazing location and Motel. The room was extremely comfortable, had everything we needed and felt very homely! The hosts Michelle and Alexei were extremely kind, great to talk to and genuine humans, we loved getting to know them and chatting. Thank you both for a very nice and easy going stay!
