Very busy hotel. Some of the front desk staff need foe client training. Was not offered a room at check in 3 pm as room# not cleared. but other rooms available. told to wait 5 min..that became 30 minutes. Another front desk clerk assigned me a different room#. then the cash terminal wasnt working. Get to the room, beside a barking dog in the romm next door. barking for 2 hours.
Hotel is nice. very popular. Would be incredible if more team work with staff to process long line of check ins and also support to clients to get them easily checked in..no waiting 1 hour more for a room
